Your tickets will be given to you at a location close to the Eiffel Tower that will be described on your voucher. A guide will be waiting to provide you the tickets and useful information, then will be leading you to the Eiffel Tower. S/He will make sure you pass the security checks and will get you inside the proper entrance. The guide will answer all your questions before leaving you to visit the Eiffel Tower on your own. Then start to visit 1st and 2nd and 3rd floors (if opiton selected).

Go up on the second floor and experience a stunning view on the City of Lights. → The voucher is not an entrance ticket, you have to collect your ticket/tickets at the meeting point.
→ The meeting point address is just right outside the Eiffel Tower. Please do not go directly to the Eiffel Tower.
→ This is not a guided tour. Your host will accompany you until the ticket scan, and you will make your own way up to the summit.
→ The skip-the-line access is only for the second floor; you will reach the summit by standard access.
→ Summit ticket holders will have to wait in line on the 2nd floor to access the summit's elevators. In high season, this waiting time can be increase.
→ Even with priority access, you may have to wait in lines for security and elevators. In high season, total wait to access the 2nd floor can be increase.
→ The Eiffel Tower is a non-smoking monument.
→ The site is wheelchair-accessible only up to the second floor.
→ Animals are not permitted, except animals accompanying disabled people.
→ → There is no left-luggage facility for non-permitted items at the Eiffel Tower. (wheeled suitcases, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, etc.)

→ FOR THE RIVER CRUISE PLEASE PAY ATTENTION
→ From April to September: Come at the time of your choice from 10 am to 10 pm, every 30 minutes (except 1 pm and 7.30 pm : no departure - last departure at 10.30 pm subject to a minimum number of participants). Weekends and weekdays in June, July and August: from 10 am to 11 pm. On July 14, due to the festivities, the last sightseeing cruise departure will take place at 3 pm.
→ The audio guide on the boat is available in 14 languages, including French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
→ The river cruise boats host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather to comply with the rules.
→ The rules of hygiene on boats do not allow us to accept an animal except for guide dogs.
→ All boats are non-smoking. It is however possible to smoke on the outdoor terrace of some of restaurants. Some of boats are equipped with an outdoor terrace where it is possible to smoke.
→ In the car park area, all passengers with a ticket for the river cruise are given 1 hour free parking. Please keep your tickets until your boat tour is over.
