The guide didn't have any info, either about downloading the audio guide or about the tour. She told us we couldn't use the audio guide we bought tickets for. So, we ended up buying audio guides inside the cathedral! I think the ticket price is way too much!

None. We should've seen the guide at the Charlemagne statue. Nothing stood out, so we just hung out in the square, or rather, the forecourt. Luckily, we got in for free and visited without a guide. We were there way before the time. So we paid for 2 visits for nothing. So, I think your site is a scam and I can't give you a good review. ?

What a rip-off! Our host walked with us about 20 meters towards the church and that's it - no audio guide, no on-site tour. What 30 euros is for is a total mystery to me. Just plain cheeky, because access to the church and its audio guide are free anyway.

Despite four emails, I didn't get a response; my train was 3.5 hours late, so I arrived in Paris a day later. So I had to reschedule the visit. No answer. By the way, I can find the portal myself, but I don't know what service I'm getting for my financial contribution; the free access didn't last 15 minutes. My rating: minus six

Guide 15 minutes late. Was too busy talking to someone well away from meeting point. Didn’t care she was late. People waiting not impressed as it had started raining.

3 ⭐ Reviews are for the fact that this tour is just to skip the queue/line. Entrance is actually free BUT you'll need to wait - up to 40 minutes @least. We paid as very crowded @ peak tourist period. Other times of the year you'll be able to walk right in. ND is absolutely stunning, breathtaking. A truly spiritual experience. ?

You get what you booked: In front of Notre Dame, one of the friendly guides lets you skip the line. Beyond that, you're on your own. Important: Security really won't let women with uncovered shoulders pass. Deep necklines were apparently no problem. We had to buy a scarf in the souvenir shop for 5 euros to cover the shoulders of a 15-year-old. The guide waited for us, so we didn't have to stand in line. In contrast to the boat tour: For this you only get a ticket, no reserved place on a boat, and we had to wait in line for a long time. But you could have taken the boat at any time.

It's far too expensive for just a few sentences, a reference to the normal audio guide for Notre Dame, and then being led to the entrance.

The guide did nothing more than check that we had valid tickets and show us the way to the entrance. He did not tell us anything about Notre Dame, the fire/restoration or the expected completion date after the fire. The audio guide did not correspond to how we had to walk around the church, so it was of little help.

It is specified that the tour is with a guide or audio guide; I understood this, but when I asked at the cathedral reception where I could pick up the audio guides, the hostess told me that I had to check with my agency, as the guide had stayed outside, so I gave up and we did the tour without an audio guide... A little disappointing considering the price paid for the service.

We expected a host or audio guide and all we had was a very friendly guide to introduce the tour and who then had difficulty helping us skip the line. We would have valued an audio guide inside. The boat commentary was virtually non=exixtent.

The description of the tour was totally misleading. Not only to me but others that were on the tour. This is not a host guided tour. This is a host getting you past the line only!!!! Was a ripoff and will not use them again. I want my money back!!!!!

Disappointing experience. We waited for the tour guide at the meeting point under the statue of Charlemagne as indicated in the schedule, but he never showed up. We and two other people who were also waiting contacted the organizers immediately, who initially told us that the tour guide was on her way. When she didn't arrive, we called again and were told that the tour guide was there and had called out our names but no one had answered. As a result, we were considered a no-show and the activity could not even be refunded! I would like to point out that we had been waiting under the statue since 12:30 p.m. for the tour guide, along with the other couple, without moving, and the entrance was scheduled for 12:45 p.m. How could they not see us? We felt like we were being made fun of. We lost our visit and didn't even get a refund. We were told that if we wanted to go in, we had to rebook! Unprofessional behavior! What a shame!

Once inside the Cathedral it was amazing. We downloaded the app to guide us on recommendation from staff at the Catherdral. Daniel the guide was rushing as he had to go to the Eiffel Tower and did not seem to be able to convey information very well. Information on your site was misleading as several other visitors were also expecting a guide inside the Cathedral. It says on ticket about an audio guide option if chosen but there was no where to choose it that I could see. How do you opt out of the cruise or are charged extra if you turn up to participate? Not very clear information. Very disappointed. Considering it is free to enter what value did we get for our money expect a speedy entry and an abridged story about Notre Dame.

We booked a guided tour of Notre Dame. However, the explanation we received from the guide was very minimal, basically just a welcome. (It lasted less than 5 minutes.) After that, we were quickly escorted to the entrance. It would be better to describe the activity as follows: "welcome by guide and quick entry into the cathedral without queuing." Incidentally, the guide did not mention that the audio guide could also be downloaded at the reception desk inside.

Very expensive service for just a welcome and a 45-second explanation about Notre Dame on the square in front of the cathedral. The only advantage was that we didn't have to wait in line in the sun in the middle of summer... It's a rip-off, avoid it, it's not serious.

That the service provided is equal to that offered

This was no tour all the guide did was take us to the door and leave. This is not worth doing.

The church was beautiful. Lots of people. Host was five minutes late and did not have white flag as described in meeting details. Host information of church was awkward.

We wanted to see the cathedral after its amazing restoration, which took only five years. We were impressed.
