  • Keep in mind food & beverages, alcohol, and luggage are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Accessibility

  • The buses are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
  • Ramps and elevators are available on the buses for easy access.
  • Your guide dogs are welcome on the buses.

Additional information

  • Your pets are welcome, as long as they’re safely secured in a suitable transport box and positioned near your knees.
  • Infants under 4 years can travel for free, but a ticket is still required. It is recommended that they remain seated on the accompanying adult’s lap.
  • You can use your tickets on any day before the tour date. However, just keep in mind that they cannot be redeemed if the first day of travel has already passed.
  • Cruises run every 45 minutes from 10:45am to 6:30pm from Port de Suffren (Eiffel Tower), lasting 60 minutes each.
  • Note: For the next three weeks, departures will be reduced to 4 cruises per day, seven days a week: 11:30am, 1:15pm, 3pm, 4:45pm

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 1 Day(s) in advance of the start date of the experience.
