  • For visits from 17 October, the beneficiary must reserve the free, time-stamped Contremarque Revendeur officiel on the official Musée d’Orsay website and present both the partner-issued ticket and the free time-stamped countermark at the entrance.   • You can scan your voucher at the entrance Parvis entrance until February 2027, then “Quai Entrance” from March 2027 onwards. The Customer shall, by any appropriate means, check with EPMO-VGE whether there have been any changes to the dates of access to be stated on the ticket
  • Your Orsay Museum ticket must be used on the selected date and time, together with the free, time-stamped “Contremarque Revendeur officiel” reserved on the official Musée d’Orsay website
  • Please be sure to provide a valid email address. You will receive all relevant information about the attractions, one day before your tour date via email.
  • Open Tuesday–Sunday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM (last admission 5:00 PM, exhibitions 5:15 PM, galleries close 5:30 PM), with late-night opening Thursdays until 9:45 PM (last admission 9:00 PM, galleries close 9:15 PM)
  • Closed Mondays, May 1, and December 25.
  • This is not a guided tour. You’ll enter the attraction independently at the time of your choosing within operating hours.
  • Persons under 18 years of age and EU residents under 26 may enter free of charge with a valid ID.
  • Wheelchairs, folding chairs, and walking sticks are available for use on the museum premises.
  • This is not an official audio guide provided by the museum.
  • The digital audio guide included is a separate service and is not affiliated with the museum's own audio guide.
  • You must bring your own headphones.
  • Utilizing the Audio Guide: On your selected travel date, before your scheduled start time, we will email you the links for accessing the audio guide application. To use the audio guide, simply download the application to your phone using the provided link.
  • Please ensure that you download the audio guide application content before your visit, or have a stable internet connection available at the museum for access.
  • The audio guide application may not include works from temporary exhibitions.
  • Please note that your ticket does not provide priority access. During high season, such as Easter, New Year, and other special holidays in Paris, waiting times may be longer than usual; we recommend planning your itinerary accordingly.

Musée d'Orsay is a perfect size. It's stunning collection of art is fulfilling, diverse, surprising and absorbable without being overwhelming. Relax and take your time to see every single piece at your leisure. I did not use the guided tour as I forgot my earbuds! However, the printed descriptions are perfectly informative. A must-see.
