Paris Orsay Museum, by another name; Musee d’Orsay, is a state museum located in Paris, the capital of France. Located on the left bank of the Seine River, the museum was an old railway station. The monument was built between 1898 and 1900. The Orsay Museum contains sculptures, paintings, furniture and photographs, mostly of French art, created between 1848 and 1915. With Musee d'Orsay tickets take a chance to see the world's biggest art collection, mostly known for its large impressionist collection, which includes works by painters such as Monet, Degas, Renoir, and Cezanne. This collection was on display at the Galerie Nationale du Jeu de Paume until the museum's opening in 1986.

⚈ Operating hours: The Orsay Museum is open every Tuesday to Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Last admission at 5pm, last to exhibitions at 5:15pm, rooms close from 5:30pm Night visit/Nocturne on Thursdays until9:45pm (night rate from 6pm): last admission to the museum and exhibitions at 9pm, rooms close from 9:15pm. Closed every Monday, May 1 and December 25. First Sunday of the month free.

⚈ This is not a guided tour. You’ll enter the attraction independently at the time of your choosing within operating hours.
⚈ Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
⚈ Visitors will use these entrances. C1 entrance until March 9, 2026 – Parvis entrance from March 10, 2026 onwards.
⚈ Persons under 18 years of age and EU residents under 26 may enter free of charge with a valid ID.
⚈ Wheelchairs, folding chairs, and walking sticks are available for use on the museum premises.

Het Orsay was erg vol, maar op zichzelf prachtig als gebouw én de collectie. Meeste bezoekers zijn alleen maar foto's aan het maken en kijken nergens naar; niet naar de kunst en ook niet naar de mensen om zich heen. We stonden ruim een uur buiten te wachten,ondanks dit ticket.

credo non ci sia una vera e propria convenienza a prendere entrambi. la guida in battello è solo per chi si siede al coperto, all'aperto si ascolta dal telefono, da impostare manualmente. al musee d orsay abbiamo fatto comunque 20 minuti di coda sotto il sole per poi ritrovarci in una bolgia infernale. tanto vale fare le due attività separatamente e in due giorni diversi per fare il museo con piu calma.

Too many people upstairs in the artists galleries to see the works made it frustrating and difficult. we visited at 10.45 so it would be better to go earlier i guess. The main gallery was great.

Since it was my first time using the service, I thought the voucher would be the same, but when I realized that I couldn't enter the cruise and the voucher hadn't been issued, I sent an email and received an email immediately saying that the voucher had been issued. I wish they had issued it properly. I enjoyed both the Orsay Museum and the cruise.

Tickets were super helpful to get in easily at Orsay. If you buy a times ticket in advance they're much cheaper than this, but an excellent option if you don't have time. I arrived as soon as the museum opened, and was able to see everything available that I wanted to very rapidly. The cruise tour was actually quite nice. I enjoyed it, even with the cold and winds. Easy to find the boat and easy to get on, at least in January.

Musée d'Orsay is great and it was handy to have tickets already, although for us it didn't really seem necessary at the end of November; the line for people who didn't have a ticket was perhaps just as long. The boat tour is fine, you see all the highlights and after hours of trudging through the museum it's nice to sit for a little hour

Alles hat super geklappt, die e-Tickets haben auf Anhieb funktioniert, vielen Dank. Man muss unbedingt für die Seinefahrt einplanen. Wir waren abends da und sind wieder gegangen, weil die Schlange extrem lang war und haben stattdessen am nächsten Tag als erste Attraktion eingeplant, was ganz gut geklappt hat.

These activities are definitely worth it, but if you’re organised it would be much better to buy directly as these are marked up prices. If you’re unorganised like us, this works in a pinch. Be prepared for long lines for the river cruise - we waited about 45-60mins for an early evening cruise.

overall, it is good value for money, especially if you miss the opportunity to buy tickets to the museum through the museum itself. That said, I had some pretty frustrating issues when trying to get into the museum, since apparently someone used my tickets before I had even purchased them. It only took 20 minutes or so to come to a solution where they’ve sent me a new ticket, but it was just frustrating to have to stand around at the entry waiting for someone on WhatsApp to send me a new ticket. In the end, I ended up getting in and enjoying my time at the museum, it was just a hiccup that I would’ve preferred to avoid. The river cruise was excellent, and a great added bonus to having to buy this ticket in order to access the museum at late notice. I would definitely recommend this to other people, but just perhaps make sure that you reach out to confirm that the ticket has not been used for the museum before arriving.

The museum is not to be missed. Having this ticket i was able to get right in quickly. I highly recommend this ticket. We also enjoyed our river cruise, plenty of dpace to sut and see the sights as you cruise the river.

The Musee D'orsay was amazing. There were many people waiting for the cruise afterwards, but we departed just as the sun was setting, so it was great to enjoy the beautiful sunset and the sights of Paris. It was packed with people, but that didn't bother me. It was really nice to see the champagne flash right in front of me. I recommend it.

The museum is absolutely worth a visit. It is highly recommended to buy tickets in advance, otherwise you will have to wait a long time at the ticket office. The Seine cruise was not essential, it was included in the tickets.

The Musée d'Orsay lived up to my expectations. I thought I could board the cruise near the Musée d'Orsay, but I was mistaken because I had to go to the Eiffel Tower. I thought the boat was going all the way to Notre Dame Cathedral, but unfortunately it turned around just before Ile de la Cité.

Excellent experience. Orsay Museum not to be missed both for the location and for the works contained. The ride on the Seine is also pleasant as it allows you to have a different view of the Parisian attractions. Advised!!!

The Musée D’Orsay was wonderful. The river tour was less so. The wait was over an hour standing in line. Then there was little commentary on the sights we passed. The audio didn’t work. So, the main attraction is D’Orsay, the river tour was less enjoyable at the end of the day but not a complete waste of time.

The museum was great but I was very disappointed that the cruise didn’t go past Notre Dame. That was why I went on the cruise. I thought all of the boats went past since that is the highlight of the cruise. I was very disappointed as it was my sons first trip to Paris.

I only went to the museum as I had been on a boat before. Musee D’Orsay was incredible. I booked through this site as the museum tickets had sold out. It was more than it was at the museum, but worth it.

Nice visit to the museum. Long wait time to see Vincent van Gogh. For the Seine, no access to the upper bridge. Damage. We don't see the beauty of Paris on the bottom walkway.

The Museum was great and easy entry without too much queuing. The river cruise however was disappointing as they had no audio guide unless you downloaded it on your phone which I couldn’t do without data roaming charges. Even then the commentary was not that good as you couldn’t hear whilst the woman on board was citing which button to press in several different languages.

The Musee d’Orsay is beautiful. My partner and I spent a few hours here admiring the many artworks, favourites included Monet, Van Gogh, Renoir and Cezanne. Love that the river cruise was also included in this ticket!!

Tickets for the Musée d'Orsey were sold out on the official website. With Getyourguide we were able to get tickets and skip the purchasing line outside the museum. The Seine cruise was a nice surprise. We did it in the late afternoon and it was impressive to see Paris lit up in the evening! I advise.

Musée d’Orsay is well worth going to. The old train station is beautiful and the opportunity to see paintings from the impressionists masters was amazing. The art was breath taking. We learned a lot about the different pre and post impressionists periods and artists. The cafe there is also quite good and has excellent food.

This is a great oportunity to visit Musee d’Orsay,if you couldnt find available tickets online. Didnt wait in line, got fast in the museum. The cruise was amazing too.

The Musee d’Orsay is AWESOME, a must when visiting Paris. They give you a ticket that does not have a specific time frame so the line is a bit longer, but nothing compared to the line without a ticket. The cruise has a line that is ridiculously long, about an hour and a half if you’re lucky. Our cruise didn’t do the full route, I don’t know why. It is cool for spending time relaxing, great views of the Eiffel Tower. The audio guide provided through a web page is ok. Overall I do recommend the activity, specially the museum.

Great experience at the Paris Orsay Museum and Seine River Cruise
I bought tickets to the Paris Orsay Museum and Seine River Cruise from Cityzore and I was very happy with the experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the tour itself was great. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in visiting Paris.

It was a long walk from the museum to the boat since I am not young! You should suggest taking a taxi or bus. The river trip was excellent as was the museum.

this package is Musée d'Orsay Entry Ticket and Seine River Cruise Under age 18, it is free entrance to the museum, but for the Seine river cruise, young kid or teenage need to buy ticket. So it would better to add a note reminding customer to buy cruise ticket for kid separately on spot. thank you

This ticket really works for the D’Orsay. You see queues all around you - even for those with time slot tickets and you simple walk straight in - great. Under 18s get in free when accompanied so no need to get them a ticket - they just go with you. The only place I didn’t queue in Paris because of this ticket ?????

I have always loved Pompon's work and was thrilled to finally see it in person. It was wonderful to be able to get within inches of each piece. Everywhere you walk in the museum is beautiful and you will be glad you came! Also, the meeting place for the cruise is in front of the Eiffel Tower, so it is easy to find. The view from the Seine is fantastic.

Walked right into Orsay….huge line up for tickets or whatever but this was the easiest entry of any museum I’ve been to…..Orsay is so easy to navigate. Don’t go in the morning….early to mid afternoon to closing….not as many people.

Absolutely loved the Musee d’Orsay! It exceeded our expectations. We weren’t sure if we’d be able to do the cruise on the Seine, but the weather cleared long enough and it was wonderful. Lots of fantastic photo ops!

What a fantastic experience! The museum is extraordinary. The collection of art is massive and yet very accessible. Being able to be amidst the sculptures, crafted centuries ago, with such care is an otherworldly experience. The paintings, while dubbed as mostly impressionist, actually have a wide variety of styles from many centuries, and are delightful! I highly recommend visiting the Musée d’Orsay multiple times.

We ended up not taking the Seine river cruise. We would have had to go to the Eiffel Tower first. But there is a Batobus Seine river trip right next to the museum. We then booked this for 20 euros per person and let the S. trip booked with you expire. The Batobus booking was also valid for up to 24 hours, so we used it on 2 days! The museum was wonderful.

We bought a ticket for the Musee d'Orsay and added the Seine River Cruise. The Musee d'Orsay is wonderful but crowded. The building is interesting, and the art is phenomenal. In any visit to Paris, I would include a trip to the Musee d'Orsay. We didn't end up going on the cruise. We didn't realize that the pick up spot is near the Eiffel Tower and not near Musee d'Orsay. We watched the cruises, and they looked crowded. My daughter had gone on the Seine Cruise back in March, so I know it would have been nice, but it was crowded and would require another Metro ride when we were already tired of walking and crowds.

My ticket did not arrive at my phone as required. There was only a voucher but no QR code so even though I arrived at the gallery well before opening, I was not allowed in. I had to call support and try to explain what happened…no human at the gallery was available to assist. I did have the tickets for other events on the following days, so I knew that I needed the ticket reissued; I did not receive the new ticket until after 10:30 by which time the gallery was jammed with people, it was hard to see the paintings and my birthday event was ruined. Doing things online without onsite human interaction might be the way of the future, but when it doesn’t work right, it’s terrible.

the museum is excellent but i was not sent a bar code which ended up in a very embarrasing situation at the entrance as they wouldn't let me in without a barcode on my ticket. The man on the entrance said next time book direct with the museum.

I had a wonderful time in the museum, I felt like it was more personable than the Louvre. Maybe because of the size itself. The are I felt was much more closer and I did not feel overwhelmed by it all. Well spaced great air ventilation. I simply enjoyed being there as well as all my party.

We had a great time at the museum and the Seine boat ride. However, our tickets were not sent properly (should have received a ticket for each person in our group) and both the museum and boat ride staff were kind enough to let us in even without the proper tickets. The boat ride location was also not indicated anywhere - I had been to Paris before so I managed to find it.

We entered the museum immediately, early entry around 9:40, a wonderful museum, and also very large in 3 hours we were not able to see it all. As for the boat, the only sore point is that it doesn't leave from the museum but you have to walk quite a bit to the Eiffel Tower. Here we found a very long queue. But I must say disposed of in 10/15 min. Very efficient

Definitely make a reservation for the museum!!! We had to wait in line, but it moved pretty quickly (about 45 minutes). The boat tour was terrific! We were on the 9pm boat so it circled back around to the Eiffel Tower lighting event at 10pm, simply awesome!

The museum and the special exhibition were perfect. Wonderful exhibits worthy of my excellent rating. The process and access with priority tickets from 9:30 a.m. was a bit of a hindrance due to the museum being closed in the morning, but we fought our way through and were able to enjoy the afternoon in the museum.

The audio guide in Italian was there but it doesn't include the most interesting works. Also on the map given by the museum, some works were not present in the indicated place. For the rest, the museum is worth a visit and very short queue with the "skip the line".

Admission to the museum was quick and easy. Everything went well with the Seine tour. The points are deducted for the audio guide booked in the museum, which we did not receive with the tickets sent to us. I have no idea whether you should have downloaded an app or something, but at least we didn't get the audio guide with the documents provided.

I have not received an email from Global tickets Received the email with this QR code today at 1600 hours Complaint submitted and only received the scan of the email I had to buy news tickets for Musee DOrsay, so spent €28 extra Global tickets no response yet home and stood in line for an extra 1.5 hours. The Musée Dorsay is certainly great. In retrospect, I would have liked to have been able to book an entry time because, even though we were already standing in front of the museum at 9:00, we still had to wait. The museum itself is great. The trip on the Seine, on the other hand, was not so nice. A maximum number of guests were squeezed onto the ship and we had to queue for about an hour beforehand. Here, too, I would have gladly spent more money if I had known beforehand the crowds that are processed here. In the queue, my daughter was allowed to get a cocoa from the machine. Unfortunately, I hadn't paid attention to the price beforehand. 5€ for a vending machine coffee. That's rip off.

Impressionists collection is a jewel! Loved the Rodin works and lunch on second floor dining was great. Unfortunately I paid for the ticket twice because tickets didn’t come within the time-frame stated (2 hours) so I booked again. I wanted to be sure my grandkids got to experience the d’Orsay! When I discovered the first booking’s tickets had been sent, it was too late to cancel.

It is amazing! We booked at the opening time so it was not that crowded. Our favourite were the statues everywhere. The course of the river was beautiful. We were not sure to go there but after we didn’t skip and it was a good decision!

The combination ticket was a good value for the money. Having the "skip the line" ticket for the Musee d'Orsay saved us considerable time entering the building, and it was convenient to be able to use the cruise ticket at any time until the expiration date.

One of the best art galleries in Paris especially for fans of the impressionists. It’s well worth booking advance entry tickets. The 1 hour boat trip was good although you have to take the RER to the Eiffel Tower to board the boat.

Joseph the guide was very good and knowledgeable about the Montmartre area and also the different food provided. The real disappointment was the small portion of food for the price! We had 3 stops for pastries and cakes which was just e.g. a single macaroon or a single profiterole .... all very nice but not much. We had a longer stop for cheese and wine but again the portions of cheese were small samples ... this was the only stop for wine, a glass of white and a red! Joseph was a nice guy but the tour was disappointing for the lack of food and wine. Oh we did get a small piece of chocolate, very nice but just a taste!

Museum has many paintings we wanted to see. Getting tickets in advance really saved us a lot of time when we saw the long lines of queue. Plus it was raining steadily that morning, so entering the building faster caused less headache.

Incredible and wonderful museum. Well structured and with good access to different levels and authors. The structure is also really wonderful. The unforgettable boat. If I have to make a note, the explanations of the visible buildings are too modest. But overall very positive.

The river cruise and the D'Orsay houses an astonishing collection of art. We enjoyed both. Getting on the river cruise was no problem. But accessing our tickets for the D'Orsay was an ordeal. Instead of requiring two apps giving the customer direct access to a pdf of the tickets would be far easier. At the river cruise we had no problem but we were held up at the D'Orsay would not admit us until we went through the multiple steps to provide them with a scannable copy of our tickets.

Bilet wstępu do Muzeum d'Orsay jest ogólnie darmowy dla osób z UE do 25 roku życia, warto jest się tam wybrać. Dla mnie największe wrażenie robiło jednak z zewnątrz, płynąć po Sekwanie.

Sono entrata facilmente nel museo e anche sul battello per la crociera sulla Senna. L'imbarco dista 20 minuti a piedi dal museo. La camminata è piacevole perché si segue la Senna. Il museo è visitabile totalmente in 3 ore circa.

Guide, Noha, was excellent. My wife had been looking forward to this trip and unfortunately developed a bad cold just prior. She made a list of all the pieces she wanted to see and Noha readily accommodated her. Her depth of knowledge of the museum and the pieces was remarkable. When our time was over my wife was physically fading. Noha made certain we were able to get transportation back to our hotel. Service above and beyond! We would both highly recommend Noha and this service!

Everything was absolutely to our liking. First of all the excellent information we recieved by mail from “Get your guide”. Very very good! We highly enjoyed the beautiful art in musée d’Orsay. Also the very good and well organized restaurants. Despite the enormous amounts of visitors the staff remained calm and friendly. We stayed in the museum about 6 hours. The cruise on the river Seine was also a nice way to learn a bit more about this beautiful city. Very clear and understandable spoken English.

Musée d'Orsay zrobiło na mnie ogromne wrażwenie. Zarówno zgromadzone tam dzieła sztuki jaki i sam budynek. Razem tworzą idealną całość. Rejs statkiem przyjemny, choć nie tak łatwo uzyskać dostęp do polskiego komentarza

With this ticket we did not queue. The only queue but very flowing and in any case inevitable was the one for the metal detector checks. The museum is crazy. Never seen so many people in front of a work…. The Gioconda ! The audio guide is with Nintendo, intuitive and very useful. I will be back because one afternoon is not enough to see it all.

The Musee de Orsay was amazing, dare I say better then the Louvre. Now that may be due to the crazy crowds in the Louvre. The river cruise was another matter. If you aren’t sitting in the top of the boat there is nothing to see and quite the waste of time. People were rude in not making room in the top for the travelers and employees did not help in any way. To sum up Musee de Orsay, beautiful. River cruise is nothing to get excited about.

The entrance to the Museum was super comfortable, without queues and the schedule was also very comfortable…on the boat ride the port from which it departs was very nice and very well located

Both Musee D’Orsay and the Seine River Cruise were brilliant. Tickets worked well. Could go any time in the scheduled day for Musee D’Orsay and the skip the line worked perfectly such that we were able to avoid any line up and walk straight in. Beautiful museum with amazing artwork, including many famous impressionist works. The Seine cruise with Bateaux Parisiens was brilliant. Very flexible tickets that can be used any day for a year send cruises depart every 40 mins or so. While the boats are big they are careful to restrict the number of passengers do they everyone has a great view around the edge of top deck or windows of lower deck. We did a 9,30 cruise to catch sunset which was the best. ( check exact time of sunset when you visit) Great fun atmosphere on board too with lots of cheering as we went under each bridge etc.
