  • Your waffle is collected from Les Terrasses du Trocadéro. It is not served on the boat. The kiosk is open daily from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
  • Show the QR code on your cruise ticket at the kiosk to collect your waffle.
  • Your cruise ticket is valid for one month. No fixed departure time is required. Bateaux Parisiens cruises operate from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM; check the departure times shown on your ticket.
  • The cruise lasts approximately 1 hour. During peak seasons and holidays, boarding waits may reach up to 2 hours.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside; use only designated outdoor smoking areas where available.
  • Smartphone Audio Guide Available in: French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, Russian and Arabic.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 Hour(s) in advance of the start date of the experience.

📅 All Seine River cruise tickets are valid for 30 days from the selected travel date.

🕕 If you select the Reserved Access Cruise at 6:00 PM with Welcome Host & Snack, you should arrive for the scheduled 6:00 PM departure to benefit from the host-assisted reserved access.

⚠️ If you miss the 6:00 PM reserved departure, you can still use your cruise ticket within its 30-day validity, but the reserved access benefit will no longer apply.

🚢 In that case, you may board during regular Bateaux Parisiens operating hours and wait in the standard boarding line like other passengers.

Es un paseo increíble con vistas muy bellas de la ciudad, al final del viaje pasas por tu waffle o creppe a la plaza del Trocadero, muy buena experiencia

Die Kombination aus Schifffahrt und anschließendem süßen Crêpe hat uns besonders gut gefallen. An sich dauert die Schifffahrt mit knapp 50 Minuten natürlich nicht sehr lang und ist schnell wieder vorbei, aber wenn man in kurzer Zeit das wichtigste sehen möchte, ist dies genau das richtige.

The cruise was great and then we made the walk up the hill to get a waffle and soda and found the most beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. The metro stop is nearby so it made for an easy exit out of that area of town. Riding on top of the boat was wonderful as the breeze went by on a very, very hot day.

Boat tour was amazing, we got to see the eifell tower lights turn on and sparkles at the perfect time we took the 8pm boat. It was perfect with the sunset too. Unfortunately the waffle tasting is completely seperate to the boat tour, which is quite disappointing, and since there were such long queues at the waffle stand we did not get to try any. This was very disappointing but the boat tour overall was very good!
