⚈ Departure frequency ranges from every 30 minutes to every hour. Exact departure times will be printed on your ticket.
⚈ There is no specific time for your cruise reservation. You can use your cruise tickets during the company's operating hours. The cruise takes approximately one hour to complete.
⚈ River cruise tickets are valid for one month from the selected travel date.
⚈ During peak seasons, waiting times for the cruise may be longer due to high visitor volume. Your patience is appreciated.

I took a tour of the Seine, which was supposed to have a tasting that didn't happen. Huge line, crowded boat, and a lot of waiting. The cost is low compared to other tours, but when it comes to Paris, it's worth investing more in a tour with a complete experience. I bought another tour on the spot and the experience was totally different.

There are some really long lines, even if you have a reservation. I went with a disability card and they didn't let me go first or help me at all. The waffle is what I liked the most, and you can eat it a 7-minute walk from the boat, at a fixed spot on some terraces next to the tower. The boat was wet and the explanations were scarce.

Tourists make it impossible to enjoy… the line is extremely long and the wait around 40-70min just to get on the boat. On the boat was screaming and loud people. All in all it was Good but i would not do it again or recommend it to anyone

Wir haben die Fahrt nicht wegen des hohen Andrangs nicht am Abend sondern Vormittags gemacht. Es war trotzdem sehr schön. Die Erklärungen auf dem Schiff waren sehr informativ. Auch der Audioguide ist gut gemacht.

the boat tour was great we arrived in Paris late as we had this booked for something to do on our first night it was beautiful. losts stars for the waffle side off it as the shop had shut by the time we got off the tour as we arrived late we had to pick the boat or the waffles which was disappointing so definitely won't be buying again!

Well, actually, there's a lot that can be improved, like if it's a cruise with waffle tasting, the cruise can't do it, and you have to go up to the top to get the waffle, and you don't know a fixed place. It's really bad. The night cruise was really bad, just like the day cruise. It was great, but the night cruise was really bad.

Nobody in Paris could show us where to get our Waffles, we asked numerous officials around the dockside, even showing them the address on the app but with no success, so very disappointed that we paid for something that we did not receive, the Cruise was ok but have been on better throughout Europe, commentary was poor, did not highlight landmarks as you would expect, the Big Bus Tour was a lot better for this. If anyone can find the waffle tasting place maybe they could get them to send us one

The ride was awesome, with some amazing views. The only bad thing about the activity was that they filled the boat to the brim and we barely fit, a lot of people left before it started and they complained. In the end, I didn't get to try any waffles, since I got a free seat on top of the cruise and if you got up for a millisecond, you'd be standing for the whole hour of the activity.

My boyfriend had a waffle to start with and he said it was very dry. I was able to have popcorn as i am dairy free so this was good but was stale too. The boat was super busy so we sat outside downstairs but the view was still restricted at times. It was a good experience though and once we stood up we was able to see more. The man doing the audio was very enthusiastic and made the trip funny.

Overall it was fine, boat was nice. However we didn’t get waffles the stand was too far in the time we had. The way the line works instead of a que is like a mosh pit of people pushing and wanting in first. We wanted the 10 pm boat, got in que early for security check like I read because the line was long, and was put in the 9:30 group at the end where there was no good seats left but inside with people standing in front of your view. Also really really enforcing the fact of no screaming / yelling under bridges really needs to be said more often because it’s very obvious adults cannot listen to it once or twice. But most importantly Whistles should be banned from being taken on the boat. Other than screaming we had about three kids relentlessly blowing on these high pitched whistles that really hurt the ear drums the entire hour… and It didn’t make a relaxing experience like it should have been.

esperienza molto bella! Degustazione waffle direttamente sulla piazza Tròcadero dove si può ammirare la Torre Eiffel, e a soli dieci minuti di distanza si trova il molo dove é possibile fare la crociera. Fila lunga ma molto scorrevole; consigliata!

Mir hatdie Fahrt auf den Fluss sehr gut gefallen. Durch die Nutzung des Zeitfensters hatte man auch die Wahl, wann man fahren möchte, so dass es gut in den Tagesablauf integriert werden konnte. auch die Waffel war lecker, zusammen mit dem besten Blick auf den Eiffelturm.

The information about the sights was almost impossible to hear due to the noise – unfortunately, we had a group on board who thought it was great fun to shout loudly under every bridge (the echo is so nice). And there really are a lot of bridges. The staff made no effort to prevent this (or I didn't hear them). That was a real shame. You should also be aware that these trips are really mass events – so don't expect anything romantic. The sunset is really beautiful, though.

I called the office. I texted this app because I was not able to find and the waffles stand. After giving up on looking there was a 2 hour or so wait to get on the boat. They suggest you get there 15 minutes early. We were there way before that. 2.5 hour wait in the line. Because we was out all day touring my 15 year was too tired to wait any longer. I suggest better directions and signs for the waffle kiosk. And let the customer know that the wait could be greater than 2 hours. Upset that this was not refundable.

Unfortunately, I didn't take advantage of this attraction. When buying a ticket online on your website, I was convinced that I wouldn't have to stand in a queue that was I don't know how long. So the attraction didn't happen ☹️

It was very crowded, so we ended up taking the tour earlier than we wanted to due to the flow of people. It wasn't completely dark yet. But it was still a nice change and the audio guide made it even more interesting. We didn't eat waffles because everywhere was crowded and we didn't feel like waiting in line. I should mention that it was vacation time, which is why everything was so crowded.

We were very disappointed when we got on the boat and realized we were in a spot inside where we couldn’t see as well with our kids. So we thought maybe we’d just get off and wait for the next boat and be one of the first to come aboard. The crew couldn’t let us off the boat without buying another ticket for the next one because we had already gotten on, but they did arrange for us to go in the front by the captain. They went out of their way to make us happy band provided a great night!We loved the experience.

I didn't know where to get the waffles. Also I didn't receive my QR codes and was stressed as I didn't know how to obtain it. Luckily someone there told me to download another app that found the QR code via the reservation number. Could have been a better boarding experience. Although once on board the experience was great.

Waffle tasting amazing, huge waffle with 3 variations of toppings. Also was offered an alternative. Boat was great the queue looked huge but didn’t wait long. See so much and in the evening it was lovely. Not very intimate getting on but once on the boat and settled it was great and lots of people sat by the river waving and just a great atmosphere. Great value for money.

Not to be done. When we arrived at the meeting point for the ferry (one of the last of the day), there was a kilometer-long line, no one giving directions, and the last activity was scheduled for 10 p.m. We gave up. At least the waffles were good.

The queue was massive and we were not able to get a seat outside on the boat. On the boat, a bunch of people kept yelling as we went under bridges, so the guide refused to talk as a result. Also because of the timing, we missed the Eiffel Tower sparkling on both ends of the journey. On the front end, because we were winding through the queue. On the back end, because disembarking from the boat was a chaotic mess. All in all, a horrendous experience. The crepes were good though!

We enjoyed every moment of the cruise, there is nothing negative to say. Well worth the money, especially with free waffles (mind it, you can select 1 topping, its not tasting like how the name suggests). If you want to see the lights, note the sunset timing depending on when you come and book accordingly.

The boat trip on the lakes was good overall, but quite crowded. Unfortunately, this meant that we didn't have a choice of seats, and the view was a little restricted. We had no problem getting the waffles – we redeemed the voucher before the trip. Otherwise, I enjoyed the trip, everything was fine.

The boat moved slowly. That was good because we had to stand on the upper deck, as that area was completely crowded. My wife and I are both over 60, and standing for an hour was tiring.

The ride is nice and the tasting is excellent. there is a long line to get on, but once you get access it is very fast. The only thing was that we bought a night ride and it turned out to be a ticket for the whole day, so we could have gone up a little before 22:00hrs which we understood was the only access at the time of purchase. We suggest more clarity in the description.

The night cruise on the Seine was very impressive, unfortunately the tickets booked online were without a barcode and access was initially denied, with a great deal of effort the tickets with a barcode could be downloaded just in time, which was very annoying.

Disappointed with the cost and organization of the activity itself. Waxed compressed waffles, I thought it was in the vicinity of the cruise/not that even above. Instead I found out it was 15 min away from the cruise departure point where there was an endless queue to get it. In short I didn't go to consume it, and so it was lost, if I knew earlier I wouldn't have bought it.

I booked the river cruise in advance. We were booked over Easter. We underestimated the number of tourists. We went to the meeting point at around 5.00 pm, would have had to queue for over 2 hours.... we let it go. 100 euros down the drain (5 people). It was very badly organized, we couldn't find a contact person.

The cruise was awesome at night. We had to wait until the last boat in order to benefit from night lights along the Seine. The boat was very big so lots of people, but it was fun with people shouting and hailing us from the shore. Only problem was we pitched up without having gone for a waffle, as we didn't want one, and as a result it was tricky to get a code to get on then boat. This was not so clear on the instructions. Otherwise I would recommend.

It was cold on the top deck so I would definitely wrap up inside was much nicer, would recommend going at sunset as Paris skyline lights up in the dark and it is much nicer

definitely recommend this trip, we were going to book a dinner cruise but then decided to book just the cruise and im so glad we did. all staff were polite and helpful, queues weren't too bad, it was busy but not horrible. we got there at 7.05 so qued up for the 7:30 trip and got really good seats at the top corner. cruise was smooth and we thought it was beautiful so thank you

fantastic, what a way to spend our first night in Paris. can't recommend it enough. seem the Eiffel tower twinkle twice while still on the boat and kids loved it, so did we. easy to follow all the advice on how to get to it and to the crepe too. seriously easy and fantastic. views are unreal. night was amazing got some photos to last a lifetime.

It was definitely a good cruise. The staff had designed an alternative route due to the weather. Be aware that in case of rains, they close the upper deck and replace the Ile de la City round (on which stands Notre Dame de Paris) by a view of the Statue of Liberty (great alternative as you get the view of both the statue of liberty and eiffel tower in one line). I rated the tour 4 stars and not 5 for 2 reasons: the personal speakers were on maintenance for more than half of the cruise (I know the staff advices to use your own phone to listen to the tour, but not everyone keeps headphones with them all the time) and the queue was quite long as there is no time on people's tickets (I understand it's more convenient considering the size of the boat, but it makes it a bit difficult). The company could provide stats on low and peak time to motivate people to choose accordingly.

This was a great boat ride, easy to access. The waffles are about a 15 min walk with stairs so be aware. We didn’t end up getting the waffles as my parents couldn’t get up the stairs so I wish they were closer. The boat ride was beautiful though so we still had a fantastic time!

The night river cruise on the seine was great. I do recommended doing that last after waffle tasting as the lines get quite long. We waited for at least an hour before getting on a boat. Waffle tasting was very yummy, unfortunately we were expecting a tasting plate as it is “waffle tasting” so we did expect a couple of different flavours of waffles not just 1 but other than that the whole experience was quite great!

It all went smoothly. I liked the fact that the organisers emailed and messaged me a couple of days before with info on how to find them and the best place to take photos of the Eiffel Tower. They also gave me the address of the waffle/crepe place and attached the tickets with the bar code. I already had this info from when i booked, but it was a nice touch to have it all sent again and easy to find. The crepe was very nice and very big, the photos with the Tower were great and the cruise was fun. I would suggest getting the audio guide downloaded for it, as we glided past lots of buildings without having a clue what they were. However, the piece de resistance was the Eiffel Tower on the way back, all lit up and magnificent and in the right position to take some awesome photos. The boat was big and not over-crowded, we all had seats and you could sit outside or inside. All in all, i would recommend it. Thanks.

The cruise was great, however, we did not get our waffles that were supposed to be included - we were told by the staff at the waffle place that they had run out of waffles. I would have just paid for the cruise if I had known they’d be running out of the waffles!

A pleasant evening cruise on the Seine! The waffle tasting was fun. it's a short walk to the concession stand where you order your waffle, and it's a bit congested right now due to construction for the Olympics. It was a nice surprise to receive n Eiffel Tower key chain too. We were able to enjoy our waffles while watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle!

The cruise was beautiful. The staff was polite and helpful. The boat was comfortable as there was plenty of sits for everyone. But you could only sit inside. There was barely any sits outside. The only negative was the long queues. We went at 2 in the afternoon and waited for at least an hour. But later in the afternoon the queue was two times longer. Maybe because we went on Christmas Day. The kiosk for the crepe was easy to find. Overall we had a great time.

The Best River Cruise in Paris
This was the best river cruise I have ever been on! The views of the city at night were amazing and the waffle tasting was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Paris.

Brilliant experience! Got to see the city lights and the glittering Eiffel tower! I would suggest to bring a coat as the top deck is open, and also if you want a seat on the top deck of the boat be sure to be near the front of the que as otherwise you won’t get a good seat and will have lots of people’s heads in your photos! We got the waffle which was good, although could have been a little better sign posted. Overall though a great experience for the money!

Everything was great, audio guide was good although I regret there wasn't Ukrainian audio guide. First, I started to listen to russian guide, but when I've heard them to glorify themselves I got sick and picked up the English guide - the English one was great.

The boat ride was relaxing and a nice break from all of the walking but the view of the Eiffel Tower was just ok, lots of trees in the way as you go around. We really enjoyed the tasting and it made the ticket worth it. We sampled everything and I really enjoyed the waffle and jellie crepes. The melon Gelato was super refreshing. The line was extremely long to get on, but moved quickly. Off loading went quickly as well. I recommend but not if you specifically wanna see the Eiffel Tower sparkle. We hurried off, to catch a better view of the last sparkle.

Port 3 was easy to find and although it was packed, we were able to sit on the top deck of the boat. The views of the buildings you see on the river was great, especially Eiffel Tower. You could not really see the Louvre. We did this activity earlier in the evening around 7 so because of this it was still very light out. The waffles were tasty and the stand was easy to find.

At sunset it got very crowded and it was more like a mass tourism clearance. It was also very tight on board, but we really liked the tour with its sights and the guide tried very hard to explain everything in an understandable way. We spoke in French and English, but you could use your smartphone to scan a QR code for other languages (bring headphones with you). Paris at sunset from the water is really a highlight and definitely recommended. You fall in love all over again with the charm of Paris. The crêpes afterwards was also absolutely delicious and a small highlight. Here, too, it's more like tourist clearance and very dirty around it and it smells like garbage all over. To eat then rather walk a few meters further in the direction of the Eiffel Tower.

With a time slot from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., it has nothing to do with a night drive!! Then, despite buying the tickets online, we had to wait an hour in the blazing sun to get on the boat!! No employee wanted to answer questions either, we were only sent to the end of the line! Then all the people were herded onto the boat like cattle and more people were let onto the boat than there were seats. That's why we were allowed to sit on the stairs!! And then you don't really see much from the boat (except the Eiffel Tower), totally boring when it's not illuminated!!

Weekend with Pentecost, later in the evening, long queues with people with tickets. Boat is so big that it can hold 600 people. We went a little earlier in the evening, around 7 pm, so we could walk through. Ice cream / waffle / crepe tent quickly found. Well helped, nice boat trip with audio guide. Not in Dutch, but in English. Don't forget to bring earphones!

The only flaw is the waiting line, despite the reservation! Full turn. The multilingual guide on board is good and clear. It is also possible to find further information on the monuments seen from the boat by scanning the QR code shown above the seats on board. Comfortable seats, both inside and out. The boat is not overloaded. The endless line (hours of waiting) as it is not possible to book the time in advance but it is in order of arrival ... pure madness!

We booked for four people and couldn't get on the ship in 6 hours. A crowd of about 250 meters long. That was very annoying. The ticket is valid for one month. However, we had to leave the following day. You don't want to have to wait hours for a seat.

We couldn't attend because the queue was too long. About 2,000 people in line. We go three times a day. Didn't get any less. The ticket is valid for one month. However, we had to leave the following day. It's very annoying that you're only in Paris for two days.

Really great trip! Friendly staff at the pontoon. Really good communication beforehand - with photos and directions to the right pontoon. Loads of space on board and flexibility of the time of the trip was perfect for us - who only had one day to spend in Paris. We also really enjoyed our waffle from he stand afterwards - which was great value for money!

All good and recommended. We recommend a ride at 8:30 or 9:30 p.m., because then you can enjoy the light show at the Eiffel Tower after the ride. Entry organized and without crowding. Nice trip on the Seine, partly with loudspeaker announcements. Getting out is also easy and without crowding.

The description says to be at the pier 20 minutes before departure. We were there at 7:40 p.m. because we wanted to leave at 8:00 p.m. Unfortunately we had to queue for 2 hours to get on the boat! The ride then started at 21:40 and was very nice. When we then went to the accompanying waffle tasting, unfortunately there were no more waffles. But we were allowed to choose something else.

The whole waffle tasting was so confusing…… it was not the stand right across from the boat but up near the carousel with a little piece of paper by the ordering station… the cruise was nice but the amount of people standing blocking the views so they could be amateur models was ridiculous.

The description of the event (Night Cruise on the Seine & Waffle Tasting) is a bit strange - not to say misleading at times. On the one hand, the journey does not have to take place at night (although it can). The trips are carried out throughout the day. Which is advantageous - but just doesn't fit the description. Also the term "waffle tasting" is strange. You get a - very tasty - crepes at the stand. Great! But no "waffle tasting". Overall a good deal. It would be better to call the child by its name: "Seine tour (Eiffel Tower - Notre Dame) with a voucher for a fresh crepe directly at the pier" or something like that...

The boat ride was beautiful. Great view of Paris. The highlight was definitely the glowing Eiffel Tower at the end. Unfortunately the audio guide on deck didn't work, hence only 4 stars. Definitely recommend it though!

Since the ride is only available until 9:00 p.m., it's not really dark even in April. The last boat was also extremely full. Unfortunately, there was not the promised German guide on the upper deck. Furthermore, the descriptions on our seat were difficult to understand due to the loudspeaker technology. Even the children, who speak English very well, didn't understand a lot. All in all it was still a nice ride as you could see Paris and some unique places from the Seine.

The boat ride was very nice. However, it was not so trivial to get the QR code for the eTicket. On site, a friendly employee pointed out to us that you have to download an additional app and enter the code from the last e-mail there. Only then will the correct tickets for the boat ride and waffle be downloaded. The tickets stored in the Get Your Guide app are not the required tickets. It could be pointed out more clearly here!

It was a good activity. We took a boat down the Seine — great views of (I think) 23 bridges. The loudspeaker was terrible so it was more of a sot-back-and-look experience.

The ride was super good and the people who attended us were very friendly. Excellent recorded explanation. BUT THE TWO GIRLS WHO SERVED THE WAFFLES ARE SUPER ANGRY AND GET ANOTHER EVERY CUSTOMER ARRIVED FOR THEIR WAFFLE. WE WERE LIKE 4 FAMILIES THAT ARRIVED AND EVERY TIME WE SAID WE WERE FROM WAFFLE TESTING THEY PUT A BAD MOOD FACE. IF THEY DON'T LIKE TO ATTEND ?? PEOPLE WHO BETTER LEAVE THE JOB AND DEDICATE THEMSELVES TO SOMETHING ELSE. Excellent for everyone else.? (One girl was overweight and had long hair and the other was regular. The date was April 14 at 7:00 pm approximately at that time we went to the waffles ?

We had scheduled an evening boat tour days in advance and were supposed to be there 20 minutes early before departure. However, when we arrived at 8:30 p.m., there was a long queue of more than 800m. The last tour would have been at 10pm. Until then we could never have done a boat tour. Very disappointing….

the cruise is full of people and you have to queue for about 20/30 minutes. Furthermore, the river is very low and therefore the monuments are obviously seen in a partial way. The situation perceived on the banks of the Seine is very nice with people sitting chatting playing and dancing but at this point it would be better to live it on foot.

Chaotic at first but very pleasant. In my opinion alot of people is on the boat so a proper seat is not guaranteed. I sat down with my daughter on the stairs (outside) and husband standing as jt was full and didn’t want to stay inside (it was full too) but all in all I recommend the trip

Es war eine schöne Fahrt, es ging knapp eine Stunde also das Preisleistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt, der Crêpe war sehr lecker (vor dem Stand war eine kleine Schlange wir waren gegen 18:45 Uhr da, also plant da ein bisschen Zeit ein so 10-15 min falls ihr direkt danach das Boot nehmen wollt) Wir haben um 19:30 Uhr das Boot genommen und haben am Ende sogar den Eiffelturm leuchten gesehen :)

Unfortunately we have been looking for the right "organizer" for a long time, as there are so many. After we found it (6:30 p.m.) we queued for about an hour. We hadn't had a night drive, we would have queued up later because it's logically not dark at this time of the year + time. They are mega large ships - mass processing!!! The ride itself was nice. At the end you had to find the right stand to get the waffle.

Wir kamen gg. 18.30 an der Bootsanlegestelle an und haben uns gleich mit einem kostenlosen leckeren Crêpe versorgt. Dann erfolgte das Anstehen . Es dauerte etwas, aber als dann das Boot kam, ging es Ruck zuck. Bootsfahrt war toll, Vortrag konnten wir oben auf dem Deck mit einer App über das Handy hören. Alles hat super geklappt.

Very sad is all I have to say, I will try the next day but feeling very let down. Having spent a lot of money on this and being told by the people at the front line even after having the tickets that it’s the wrong one.We spent 2hrs in the freezing cold to be there super early and we have nothing to show for it.Not the finest hour.

Thee free crepe was ok, the boat was packed with people and the audio guides were inside only and not appealing to use. They were attached to the seats and not cleaned between uses, you have to put them to your face to listen, there are no headphones to plug in, just nope nope nope. The guide was awesome and spoke in French, English and Spanish. Would do it again, earlier in the day.

I could not get in the boat because I did not had the qr code. No one told to had the watch up application. Many people had the same problem. We had already paid but they did not let us in. Definitely want my money back. I used get your guide in rome and it was excellent. But in Paris was disappointing

We had a long queue before the cruise, only 2 beautiful old french songs on the speakers at the beginning of the cruise, not all the ride.. the guided record with the most important things to see on the way only inside of the boat, not also on the top/outside area. The boat ride was in a rush by the captain, especially on the way back.

It was very nice. Paris is magic... On the roof of the boat, we took advantage of the beautiful ride. But... lack of organization on schedules. One shot is 6 p.m. then 6:20 p.m. but it is indicated that it is a departure every 40 minutes. A little confusing, but beyond that, great!!!

There are audio guides in different languages on the boat which really helped. I enjoyed the open top floor of the boat, though it will get cold up there. I would suggest going during the day. It is hard to see the buildings at night. The waffle was delicious.

The ice cream/crepe/ or soft drink does not close at 9pm! Get there earlier. One form said it closed at 7pm the other said 9pm…get your guide needs to update this as we missed out on our snack. Also the audio thing wasn’t great.

Visibility was limited because the boat was too full and many guests could not find a place. The tour makes little sense in winter because it's too cold on the deck. Inside, the panes reflect. Unfortunately the audio guide didn't work. When the weather is nice and the temperatures are warm, it is certainly a nice tour. The waffles were delicious too.

It's a great way to end a day with a date after you've eaten dinner nearby. The tour guide groups were given priority access to get on first which was annoying. The crepes and waffles were okay, not warm though. It's definitely not easy to see everything unless you go on the top deck of the boat which I didn't because it was November when I went (freezing cold and a bit rainy). However for the price I can't really complain.
