  • The cruise is operated by Bateaux Parisiens and departs from Port de la Bourdonnais 75507, Pier Number 3, located directly at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and marked in orange.
  • During peak seasons, longer waiting times may occur due to the high number of visitors.
  • An audio guide is available on the cruise boat in 14 languages.
  • The boats accommodate up to 300 passengers in good weather and 120 passengers in rainy weather, in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • All boats are non-smoking, although some boats have an outdoor terrace where smoking is permitted. There is no left-luggage facility at the cruise boat, and animals are not permitted except for animals accompanying visitors with disabilities.

não conseguimos efetivar o passeio no Museu pois não conseguimos localizar o grupo. Recebi msg avisando DEPOIS que o horário tinha se esgotado. Perdemos a entrada no Museu.

Organizzazione top, è andato tutto perfettamente, tra l’ingresso al Louvre e la crociera sulla Senna. A tal proposito di quest’ultima, ottima la durata ed il giro fatto. Ci siamo divertiti molto! Per quanto riguarda il servizio clienti al quale mi sono rivolta per delle domande sull’attività, è stato veloce nel rispondermi, cortese ed esauriente. In nuce, esperienza eccezionale anche da questo punto di vista, qualcosa che ad oggi non è scontato e che ho molto apprezzato. Bravi!

Unsere Treffpunkt war nicht dort wo es sein sollte damit ich die ticket abholen sollte. ich habe dann Hilfecenter angerufen da waren sie sehr hilfreich. Dar war dann echt super, dass man ein Ansprechpartner hatte. sonst war alles super
