Hade bett om ändring av dag, men det kunde ej ordnas av er. Så vi fick lösa fyra nya dyra biljetter. Louvren har 30000 besökare per dag och det hade inte kostat er ett dugg att låta byta dag för oss. Jag förvarnade två dagar innan att inte de vouchers jag fått stämde. Fick ej svar utan fick köpa nya.

I liked everything, I got the tickets a day ago on the app, and I had no trouble getting in. I thought my ticket was only for part of the museum, but inside we can see everything. Excellent.

We paid extra so we wouldn't have to wait for the Schlagen, but that didn't help at all and we had to wait almost two hours. The ship was also in a different direction and there was nothing in the description either. We had a bad experience, unfortunately.

O Louvre foi um grande aprendizado pelas suas controvérsias. O cruzeiro foi uma grande, uma enorme frustração. Estava chovendo e o barco não tem estrutura para chuva. Na parte coberta, sobram cadeiras no meio do caminho e não. é possível ver o que está sendo narrado. Na parte de cima, você toma chuva. seria o mínimo recomendar os passageiros a não fazerem o cruzeiro em dias de chuva. recomendável mesmo seria cancelar e remarcar o passeio. me senti roubada. dinheiro jogado fora

Abfertigung pur beim Louvre. Viel zu viele Leute werden auf einmal reingelassem, sodass man gar keine Lust mehr hat zu schauen, schade! Manchmal wäre weniger eben doch mehr!! Würde nicht mehr hingehen.

I liked that we got to skip the line. There was an option to stray from the group if needed. The guide had a flag so that we could identify them. It was a very busy museum but it was worth it! The Mona Lisa was absolute chaos.

Hi, sadly unable to get to the Louvre due to the transportation strike on the 18th. From the apartment it was impossible to walk, once aware of the strike. So disappointed that the tickets were not honoured for the next day as they were not a cheap investment and I was not at fault. Quite dissatisfied as a visitor to your beautiful capital that travel was impeded by the city’s actions and no recompense offered. Visiting the Louvre was the main reason for a 70th celebration break to the city. Kind regards Chris Macauley

Es hat alles super geklappt. Wir waren 1 Stunde vor unserer Einlasszeit am Louvre. Würde ich auch jedem so empfehlen. Die Flussfahrt war den ganzen Tag verfügbar und konnte individuell in unseren Tag eingebaut werden.

Everything was well organized to enter the Louvre. At the scheduled time, I was already in line and got in quickly. The Seine cruise was excellent — I think it was one of the best boats available. Both experiences were totally worth it!

Bij het Louvre stond een hele lange rij voor de slottijd. Het liep wel goed door, binnen in was het zoals verwacht ook druk. De website werkte matig, het was best zoeken. We volgden de route van de Masterpieces. Rondvaart was leuk. Totale ervaring was goed, alleen heb ik het gevoel dat losse kaarten voordeliger zijn omdat kinderen gratis in het Louvre kunnen.

there muat be more toilets from the entrance, there was a one toilet and a line at the entrance ı saw more ealking up the stairs but didnt know, so had to wait in line, the maps werent clear for me, audio wasnt available to get, they said 1 hour waiting time. mona lisa selfies must be forbidden because you cannot see the painting due to selfie freaks.. also the painting is far from observation. the museum personel wasnt friendly but rude I think. not talking but using gestures to guide.. islamic art section was a disappointment but this may be better for the islamic world art.

We went to the Louvre at 9:30 in the morning and it was pretty empty. We arrived via the subway passageway and got in really quickly! You can choose any time for the cruise. It leaves every 30 minutes and you just have to show your ticket when you get there. The line was pretty quick too (we went at 9 p.m.).

Todo fluyó sin problemas. Entramos al museo, inclusive antes de las 10:30am (que era la hora de comenzar a entrar). Mucha gente en el museo y muchas cosas que ver, por lo que recomiendo vean los planos del museo primero para que se familiaricen con área y las obras a ver.

Schöne Ticket Kombi. Trotz langer Schlange ging es relativ schnell mit dem Einlass, kann frühe Tickets nur empfehlen, dann kommt man auch noch gut zum Highlight!! Die Schiffsfahrt war auch sehr gut.

No issues and enjoyed the Louvre but highlight was the Seine Cruise which we did in the evening as it was so hot, really enjoyed the sights and people along the seine having picnics and fun along the river bank. Recommend

Louvre ticket was easy to access and we went at a good time (later in the afternoon to avoid queues) Way too many people booked for the cruise ship and was a very packed experience. Expect to queue for the cruise.

Even though we had an early start, by late morning, the crowds were almost impossible to deal with. A lot of stairs, and we are in our seventies with knees, hips and backs that are not in great condition. We had difficulty navigating the map. The river cruise was quite enjoyable and pleasant.

Everything went well. Although our check in time for the Louvre was 5pm, we had enough time to see what we wanted to see, which was Mona Lisa, the Greek sculptures and a few paintings along the way. If you plan on seeing more or spending more than 2 hours here you may want to buy tix separately. You can not see everything in 2 hours, but it was a long day of walking for us so 2 hours is all we had left plus we still wanted to catch dinner b4 we caught the cruise. Tip: Allow yourself to get dinner before the cruise. We caught the last cruise of the day (10pm) so a lot of restaurants were closed by the time we got off, 11:20pm. There were A LOT of people on the cruise so it took a bit to get off. Tip: map out your day and route. We went to eat at a restaurant in the Honore Market area and it took us about 40 minutes to get to pier 3, we would’ve missed the cruise had it not been that there was a long line.

The best part was the cruise on the Seine, a wonderful experience. As for the Louvre, there were a lot of people, it was difficult to move around inside the museum, the maps were complicated, and it was difficult to take photographs and see some of the works. I hope it improves.

It didn’t open till late and didn’t get in until 4pm. Couldn’t really see everything. Tried to move date or get refund but they don’t allow it. Not worth my money if they can’t even move it when things are out of our control

Both activities were seamless. At the Louvre we had to get in the appropriate line, and although it was long, it goes very fast. The flexibility of the river cruise was very nice, and the tour was thorough. I highly recommend bringing your own headphones for the cruise as they are not supplied.

The audio guide, which you had to download yourself, was very poor. It described 10 art objects. The location of these art objects was not indicated anywhere. The pictures and sculptures could only be found independently using Chat GBT. There was no support whatsoever in the audio guide. We were at the Louvre within 15 minutes... At first, you have to get your bearings... You have to show your ticket again at each wing... But it's still very quick... Very great museum... Allow plenty of time... There are of course lots of people queuing at the highlights... But we still saw everything that interested us!!!! Definitely coming back on our next visit to Paris... The museum is so huge that you can never see everything in one visit.

I used this in combination with a Seine River cruise. I made a reservation for the Louvre Museum to start at 9:00 a.m. on a weekday. The meeting place was easy to find, and by 8:30 a.m., there were already about 30 people waiting in line. The line moved quickly at the scheduled time, and security checks went smoothly. While waiting in line, I looked up the shortest route to the Mona Lisa and followed it, so the room where the Mona Lisa is displayed was still relatively empty. After that, I focused on the areas I wanted to see, such as the Winged Victory of Samothrace, and by the time I exited after about two hours, there was a long line of people waiting to enter. I highly recommend arriving early in the morning.

Unfortunately, we couldn't take the Seine river cruise because the line in front of Pier 3 was about 1 km long—waiting time 1.5 hours—everyone had combination tickets where the Seine cruise was more or less free. We didn't want to wait in 30-degree heat. Be sure to visit the Louvre right at 9:00 a.m. – from noon onwards, the waiting times are over an hour.

The visit to the Louvre was excellent. The cruise on the Seine was very pleasant, but I found it very unpleasant that I was charged for tickets for two adults and a teenager without being informed (I only noticed when I saw my bill).

Book an entry time for the museum, but arrive early to queue up with everyone else waiting to get in. You can take the cruise any day, but there is no set departure time and you will have to wait between 30 minutes and an hour to board. Other than that, both activities were very good.

This is NOT a guided tour. You are paying for entry, audio guide and we included the Seine River cruise which we did later in the day. The tickets are sent to you prior to your tour date. No issues at the entry gate. The line at 0900 was already very long but it flowed well and we were through with very little fuss While we had the audio guide, these machines were a little more difficult to use so we just walked around. So much to see and we still didn’t cover everything. The museum is huge. This was my 2nd visit and I saw new things, exhibits, wings etc. fantastic. Time is dependent on how much time you have- all up to you!! The cruise is always fun and you get to see the buildings from a different perspective. Great photo opportunities. Enjoy.

We had a great time! It’s really good that timings are open for the cruise and that the boat can accommodate loads. Louvre of course is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity but should there be another chance to go back, we will take this offer again. Merci for the tour provider! We opted in for early morning tickets to the Lourve and had no issues with entry. The Seine river cruise that was included in the bundle fit easily into our schedule and was a good excuse to sit down and rest our feet after clocking in many steps walking around Paris.

I think the Louvre Museum is a must. Also it is importante to have an audioguide to follow and understand what you are seeing. The audioguide is cool because is a Nintendo DS and you can follow depending where you are in the museum. I really enjoyed. Also the cruise was nice and it departures every 30 minutes and last one hour! The departure place is closed by the effeil tower, at night is pretty beautiful.

Louvre: This is an entry ticket as mentioned in the details and I very easily got in from the other side as well so quite a breeze that way Seine River Cruise: for anyone going for the first time, please do it around sunset or at night. I got there around 830pm. You can get there with bus or metro to station Tour Eiffel very easily. As you walk from Your Eiffel to the designated spot, you can take pictures with the Eiffel tower and see it in all it's glory. As we got on the cruise, the 9pm show started and then 10pm almost when we got back so that was very nice. To get there it's clearly mentioned where to reach and how to enter so just follow the steps mentioned on the guide sent to you on WhatsApp etc. All in all fab experience!

The Louvre is fascinating! ? The Mona Lisa, Napoleon Bonparte apartment, the sphinx and mummy collection. Omg the ceilings, queen jewels and King Louie XIV was too cool for his era. It takes at least a couple of days to see the entire museum. Please use the QR Code to hear the river cruise history for a better experience.

The Louvre was amazing. I definitely intend to go back because you can’t even see it all in one day. I did have an issue with my cruise ticket. Waited in line and then the ticket wouldn’t work. But the team responded immediately on WhatsApp. Took about 30 minutes to get a new ticket as I awkwardly waited there, but that meant I ended up going once it was dark out, which turned out to be one of the best parts of my day.

Everything was smooth except when we boarded the river cruise, he bar code did not work. The only reason we were able to board was when they scanned my daughters QR code. She was not able to travel with us so she did not use her Louvre ticket. It was just odd that we were given a separate ticket for the Louvre and the river cruise, and when we tried to board, they said our tickets were used already.

couldn't get timed entry tickets on official website, came across this package which was a little more pricey, but we managed to secure Timed entry Louvre tickets booking 2-3 days before visit. Tickets were emailed and texted day before, no problems on entry, Queues were massive without Timed entry. Cruise was great as well. Good experience overall, would recommend.

Great ticket, skipped queues and went straight in. Louvre was beautiful cdnt do it in a day, was very busy so slow to move about, but was obv time of year. Mona Lisa was a big draw for crowd, felt cdhv been managed better eg file visitors past instead of large crowd all pushing forward…napoleons apartments inside were beautiful and ceilings too…River cruise was easy could turn up any time, we went after the Louvre about 3pm…easy boarding, great scenery, QR on board for commentary about scenery and building, so take headphones…small amount of commentary from guide onboard. About 1 hr long….would def reccommend and but again!

We received all of our tickets via the get your guide app at about 3.30pm the day before the Louvre trip . We didn't receive our tickets via email but did receive someone else's via email... This is overpriced but was worth it as the louvre was fully booked online for times entry, and the queues on the day to buy tickets was at least an hour, probably more. River cruise tickets can be used any day over a period of time. We used them as soon as we got them as we were at the Effiel tower which is where the boat departs. Audio guide is on an app for the boat trip and isnt great in our opinion. We didn't bother using it. Would prefer a boat trip with live commentary

Excellent didn’t realise you had to book weeks in advance then found this site and it was a holiday saver, booked tickets for 2 days later could’ve had next day but later slot,got the tickets for Louvre and river tour exactly when they said no hassle. Was a relief especially after seeing the queue to try and get in on the day and we had our time slot. Louvre like a maze the free maps useless so maybe get a digital tour next time,but some great stuff. Cruise just turned up and got on, could have gone anytime in the month from the date of ticket. I got this experience because i wasnt able to get Louvre tickets on their site. Yet it was totally worth it. It got me into the museum skipping the line and the cruise was absolutely lovely :) I read a lot of comments saying its too full or that the tickets are cheaper bought directly, and well this is a lifesaver if you cannot get tickets like me and so the extra is worth it and if you actually go early on the cruise I actually got the entire row of seats for myself on a saturday :))) The insructions where easy to follow, you download an extra app to get the tickets on your phone and you get to use the cruise ticket any time within A MONTH.

Lourve is too big to see in one day so I only had few things I wanted to see, which I did without issue. However, we did have issue with the tickets not having barcode to scan. However, GetYourGuide was quick to help us. I got to talk to real person right away and they sent us tickets via WhatsApp which worked!

This was a great alternative to the more trendy big bus rides. The tickets to the Lourve were a great one stop shop but the star of the show as the boat ride on the Seine. The meeting place is at the perfect location and the choose-your-time approach for the boat ride is flexible for your travel plans. We learned a lot of information about history and culture and were able to get some great views and photos.

Fantastic bundle, so easy when we can just turn up to the Louvre at our allotted time rather than the HUGE queue for tickets. The one hour cruise was brilliant too, lovely boat with plenty of great viewing opportunities. Booked tickets for Louvre with audio guide together with a boat trip on the river Seine. Received clear instructions along with our tickets via WhatsApp a couple of days before travelling. Instructions were clear and precise and tickets easily readable. The trip itself went smoothly with no problems. The only additional advice I can add is that although the tickets we booked via GYG were for an afternoon river cruise, when we received the tickets it explained that we could go anytime of the day and the tickets were actually valid for a month. Useful if you want to spend more time at the museum. Tickets for Louvre were only valid for the day we booked. We actually decided to go for the cruise in the evening to coincide with our trip up the Eiffel tower. Bear in mind the queues for both venues can be large, even with pre-booking but they move quickly enough. The river cruise takes 60mins and is literally outside the Eiffel tower. Altogether a brilliant trip made very easy through GYG.

We had a great experience at the Louvre, it is an amazing museum with an incredible amount of paintings, arts, and exhibitions, I will definitely come back and enjoy more the museum. Now, for the package we bought, the skip the line works, we didn’t have to make a line, the security line was short at 9:30 am. The other part was the self guided audio, it does provide only 20% or less of the explanation on paintings and arts, it is very high level, so if you want to know more about history of the artists google it before or after the visit. Overall, visit the Louvre it is a totally worth it experience.

We chose the 9am time slot and got in line at 8:30a. We were able to get in with no wait time and made it to the Mona Lisa without the crowding that you hear about later in the day. The tickets came right to my phone and the worked perfectly. I would suggest this tour to others coming to visit. This is a must! Having tickets before going is 100 percent necessary- the lines to buy the tickets were insane! I went in the first week of June and despite buying skip the line tickets, I still had to wait 15-20 min to get into the museum (but obviously it's way better than waiting 2 hours in line!)

Entering the Louvre Museum from a dedicated entrance has been unparalleled. I would strongly recommend it for saving time and stress. The museum itself is a wonder. We only spent 4 hours in there and it felt like it wasn`t enough. For the boat trip we hadn`t a skip the Q option and this took us about an hour to get in. Sits are not guaranteed (first arrive first served) and this has been a shame as we struggled to find a decent spot. Regardless, the boat trip has been very pleasant and gives the opportunity to take nice pics from peculiar perspective. Recommended too. With thanks Katia

Overall, it was very easy to book this tour and allowed us access into the Louvre earlier than buying tickets through the Louvre website would have. Go to the Louvre as early as possible, we went at opening at 9:00 and by the time we were leaving the museum was very crowded. The audio guides (actually interactive Nintendo DS) were great! Super easy to help find your way around and get more information about some of the more famous artwork. The Seine cruise was great! We wanted to go on the 8:30PM ship to catch sunset but ended up going on the 9:00PM ship because of the very long line you will likely have to wait in. The cruise departs every 30 minutes and is very prompt in departure time. The boat captain points out different monuments and tells you about them. A great way to relax and get off your feet for awhile after doing so much walking in Paris.

If you’re booking Louvre must be early as they close at 530pm. I didn’t book a tour guide. The headphones that has recorded guided tour is only available before 4pm. I have booked this tour at 430pm, to go around this place you will need more than one hour. You must be a big fan of Mona Lisa. Obviously do your history of Louvre before booking this tour. It also includes the one hour Seine river tour. Hence good value for money.

A huge amount to see in the Louvre! We could have easily spent all day in there. It was about a half hour wait for the boat ride, a lot of people can fit onto one boat. You need your own headphones for the audio guide, otherwise there is someone on board talking as well (in French, Spanish and English).

The Louvre was really amazing. If you want to see everything then you’ll have to book more than just a day. Wear good walking shoes! The audio guide isn’t necessary. Also there’s tons of cafes, restaurants, and shopping on the inside.

The Seine River Cruise was excellent. The line is managed and going in and out is a breeze. The Louvre Museum is a little chaotic though. It’s not the provider’s fault, more of the security in the museum itself. I was hoping it’s as easy as the Vatican Museum skip the line with audio guide activity. There was an audio guide, which is a nintendo DS, but you will have to navigate the museum on your own in the midst of chaos. Seeing the “Mona Lisa” somehow made the experience more acceptable.

Louvre was fantastic! Cruise was good but the weather was bad, which did impact the enjoyment of it. Especially as we didn’t feel welcome inside the boat by some of the older passengers as they clearly didn’t like kids. All well organised by the company though and if the weather was dry, cruise would have been perfect on the top deck. All in all, great value for money though as the Louvre was excellent.

They probably allow too many people in at a time , you need some minutes or longer to study and appreciate a fine Art Masterpiece. It was great to actually see the originals, having only seen reproductions in books. Also apart from the well known Artists, theres an army of Renaissance Artists I had never come across. The Mona Lisa does not disappoint - the most photographed painting in the world. Use an ipad- the battery lasts for a week and you have an A4 viewfinder , excellent for composing and photographing extremely large paintings.

The louvre is huge and can get very busy. Get there early to see the mona Lisa first before it gets to crowded and then you can take your time to see the rest of the exhibition. We took the cruise to coincide with the the lights on the tower coming on as we returned. Made it a far more memorable experience.

It was great! The museum was beautiful and so was the cruise. The only thing I would like to note is that in the description it states the cruise is only 30mins when in fact it was closer to an hour. It would not have been an issue but we had made dinner reservations for after the cruise based off of the 30 min duration that was listed. Other than that, I definitely recommend it!

One needs to get an earlier timed ticket to the Louvre if they can. There is just so much to see, one needs a few hours at-least. Other than that, there was no hassle with tickets and wait. We got in pretty quick. The cruise was very nice. It is a very popular tourist attraction. We went in early April and chose one of the last rides of the night, for the cruise and it was almost full. Both outings were super fun.

The louvre is too much to see and enjoy, its just s lot. A lot of people that aren‘t even interested in the buildings, sculptures and drawings, but just to see the famous Mona Lisa. You have to wait in a queue and get about 10 seconds to look at her or take a picture. Not worth it. Its better to just stand at the outside and watch than beeing in that pushing and shoving. The river cruise was quite nice althought it was really cold. (We sat outside)

We didn’t get to do the museum in the end as we couldn’t fit it on the day it was booked but we went and paid the next day ourselves. The river cruise was a great way to see Paris, vending machines on board. And it picks up drops and you right at the foot of the Effile Tower. We done it at night and it was lovely. Great value for money as it is 15 to get into the Louvre by itself.

The Louvre was incredible, we did a self guided tour which I’d recommend, though you need a good day to get through it all. I was very disappointed with how the viewing of The Mona Lisa was set up, people pushing and shoving once they got to the viewing area, all to get a selfie, which just takes so much away from her and you can’t truly appreciate her, it’s meant to be one of the most famous pieces in history, it could be done why better to preserve her prestigious reputation rather that undermining it.

I’m not a big art person, but I think this is something everyone should see at least once in their lives! So much history and to think about how the paintings and sculptures were made so long ago when seeing how detailed they were was amazing! I went by myself and I had a great time. I was leaving to go back to Germany this day, so I wanted to spend most of my time, before leaving, walking around the Louvre. My feet were hurting so much from the previous days that i didn’t know how long I would actually make it before needing to leave. I made it about 2 hours before I was in pain. Towards the end, I was just trying to walk through to see stuff instead of reading. I think I made it probably 1/3 of the way through the whole place, there’s just so much! Definitely a whole day thing for those who want to be thorough! The river cruise was a lot of fun. I did it at night and it was cold, but a great experience! Watching the Tower sparkle from the river was beautiful! Highly recommend this!

The Louvre Museum is so so so vast! I am not an art fan but this place doesn’t bore. Due to the vast collection, anyone can spend hours together and still not have completed the tour. The passes were good to skip the line and enter quickly. We actually reached a bit late and were sent to a different gate but there was no hassle at all. The river cruise was also very good. Warm glass cabin or open air.. both options were there Nice experience all together!

Allow for 4-5 hours if you’re wanting to look at everything, go first thing in the morning for it opening and head straight to see the Mona Lisa to beat the queue and get a good view. We did the Seine River Cruise afterwards but it was raining so unfortunately was not as enjoyable but still beautiful to see the sights and get a flavour of Parisian Culture! Die anschließende Bootsfahrt sehr schön. 17 ihr start Zeit genau richtig,... Hell genug um alles zusehen, aber die Häuser schon schön angestrahlt. Krönender Abschluss, der illuminierte Eiffelturm, der vom Boot aus um 18 Uhr beim Ende der Tour perfekt vor die Foto Linse gesetzt wurde. Einfach wunderbar.

The museum visit was good, but a bit of poor organization once inside. We had no one at the counters to ask for information. If you want to visit something specific in the museum, you better find out before entering where you have to go. The lockers of the museum are fine and you can also leave your coats and backpacks, which they can tell you before you enter… The slogans of the umbrellas are a real disappointment, they stole mine even with the harness on. I also did not know that you can access the museum before, it has a large hall where you can eat etc. then to go to the corridors where it is also not known that you can only tick the tickets only three times. Still thanks and we'll be back

Louvre is an amazing place to visit if you are interested in arts, however a single day pass is not enough. the place is magical and there is a lot to see. If your taking only 1 day pass then i suggest to go directly to section where you are mostly interested to see. keep in mind if you want to see "La Mona Lisa" there is approx 30 min a queue line to wait. Also be careful which ticket you buy because this one i took has no audio guide. Regarding the Boat trip it was also fantastic i took the night ride but I bet the day one has also a charm.

We waited 2 minutes :D and the ticket for the Seine boat tour could be redeemed every hour until 9 p.m., which did not cause any time pressure in the Louvre. By the way, the Louvre is worth seeing!!

It is not very clear, from how it is written there seems to be a guide and a meeting point but in reality no, the visit of the Louvre alone (without audio guide). The Seine cruise with (mediocre) audio commentary available on mobile (but not all works. Experience I would not recommend.

What an amazing experience! Anyhow, I only received two tickets in my email after purchasing three. The two received tickets had unknown names to them - this brought confusion during the check-in/entrance procedure but we were let in thanks to their good understanding. Otherwise, Louver is a must!

Definitely plan to wait a bit at the Louvre. Otherwise everything goes really quickly. The staff are very helpful and tell you exactly where to queue. The Seine Tour starts right in front of the Eiffel Tower. It's worth it. You get a special impression of the city. Either way ….. Paris is worth seeing

Since we couldn't make it to the Louvre on time - but I was able to consult several times via the WhatsApp number (contact) about the admission there, it was all really good!! This made it possible for us to plan further while we were queuing in front of the Eiffel Tower and we were still able to keep the appointment at the Louvre. In the case of the Seine ride, we weren't quite sure beforehand that it wasn't "tagged", otherwise we would have liked to do it differently. But everything was fine! We can only recommend the Seine ride at the beginning of the sunset, ... The enthusiastic shouts of the passengers when the glittering Eiffel Tower was switched on (always on the hour/to match the departure of the Seine boat) was absolutely beautiful !!A romantic 1 hour ride

Very bad experience. We had booked the visit to the Louvre museum on October 9 for November 1. Well, on October 30 they send us a WhatsApp saying that they change the time of entry to the Louvre. So instead of entering at 11 as we had bought, they force us to enter at 4 pm. Keep in mind that the museum closes at 5:30 p.m. Obligation to change the schedule. We didn't even have a quarter of the museum in time. I am very disappointed and of course I am not going to speak well of your services.

Went to the louvre museum and afterwards on the seine River boat ride..booked the louvre tour for 12noon..was allowed in at exactly 11.55 which was great considering the large crowd outside... spent about 02 hours in the louvre had lunch at the restaurant in the museum and then took the metro to the eiffel Tower to join the boat ride... fully worth the money paid.. excellent service. Value for money. I will definitely be booking my tours form you again. Cheers.

Gute Vorplanung ist essenziel! Wunderschön und sehr sehenswert, doch trotz guter Aufteilung sehr Ausstellungen unglaublich groß und "verwinkelt". Vorab gut die Karte studieren und genau planen was man anschauen möchte. Der Audioguide ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Tour Operator hatte vergessen, original Tickets per Mail zu schicken. Wurden hin- und hergeschickt vom Einlass aus. Nach persönlichem Anruf von uns kamen dann die Tickets endlich aufs Handy, hatten dann aber wieder Probleme am Eingang, da wir inzwischen 32 Minuten über der Einlasszeit waren. Hat dann nach langen Erklärungen noch geklappt und der Louvre entschädigt für alles…

The Louvre in itself is worth a visit. However, it is generally poorly organized: when you get into the Louvre you have to organize yourself first. It is not well signposted and the map that you get at the information point did not really help us either. Furthermore, we personally found it a shame that the pictures are lined up in rows and hang one on top of the other. In our opinion, the paintings couldn't really have an effect on us.

Wir hatten morgens den Eiffelturm besichtigt. Im Anschluss das Louvre mit der Seinefahrt gebucht. Tipp: Wir hätten zuerst die Seinefahrt machen sollen, da die Abfahrt unmittelbar am Eiffelturm ist und hätten dann erst im Abschluss ins Louvre gehen sollen. So spart man sich einen Weg !

For the great Louvre museum, no waiting. Very nice cruise, very interesting commentary too but the boat is really too full of people. I recommend doing it in the morning, we did it at 7 pm and despite it being a hot day on the boat there was a cold and annoying wind. Also consider that if you want to do them in one day, the visit to the Louvre to really see it all takes more than three hours.

A wonderful time spent in Paris. The Louvre does not need to be advertised, the entrance without queues at the cash desks is a great thing. Service by GYG is quick and efficient. tickets sent to Whastapp or messenger is a simple and convenient solution. Unfortunately, the ship on the Seine was terribly overloaded, which of course depended on GYG.

We had tickets on our cell phone, but they weren't the vouchers with the barcodes. We had to wait 1.5 hours until we got the "right" tickets and got into the Louvre. In addition, we had rented audio guides. Those were Nintendos I couldn't handle at all (my tech-savvy teenagers weren't good either, by the way).

Buying a ticket in advance for the Louvre is not a luxury as it is fully booked on most days. You also avoid the long queue for the boat trip.

Documents delivered on time, ease of use, everything was perfect. 100% success for this 1st test, our guests were delighted (and we too). A small downside anyway regarding access to the boats for the cruise, it lacks the indication of the location of the ticket control for boarding. I will be sure to call on your services for our next outings to the Louvre and / or Versailles. Thanks again.

So - unfortunately nothing went completely without queuing in France - so even for an appointment at 2:30 p.m. you would have to be there at 2:00 p.m. and queue up around the pyramid - but then everything went pretty quickly. PLUS is - Louvre simply cannot disappoint, good that in Corona times it wasn't as FULL as I knew it was before Covid - MINUS - that we have to pay audio guides downstairs and can only get them upstairs, unfortunately nobody told us and how in France It’s just written in French somewhere in a small corner - but since we are all educated, we just dealt with reading the signs. And shipping - well, like every shipping - was nice, unfortunately the audio guide is only available as a download for the mobile phone and 2 of 4 had no headphones - so again - a bit confusing, but what is a sign of France - a bit bogus.

anti covid rules respected, so the tour was quiet and safe, but with one flaw we were entitled to the audio guide that was not delivered to us, which I paid for instead. therefore there was no explanation in Italian to which I was entitled. In addition, within the louvre the brochures also exist in all other languages except Italian, it is not pleasant to feel excluded as a people from simple things.

instructive and enriching tour
We preferred the Louvre Museum Skip-the-Line Ticket and Audio Guide Service and the Seine River Cruise. Using the voice guide is very easy and simple. It was really instructive and enriching. I advise!
