Paris: Eiffel Tower Tickets Top Floor Option, Bus Tour And Cruise

Definitely worth the cost! Saves a lot of time for Eiffel Tower. Cruise is crowded and app for the audio good did not work. Boat guide only spoke in French during the cruise.

Wir hatten ein Kombiticket: Eiffelturm, Bus, Bootsfahrt. Der Guide hat uns zum Eiffelturm begleitet. Da wir beim ersten Security-Check eine langsame Reihe erwischten, war der Guide bereits weg, als wir endlich durch waren. Wir rannten und suchten die Gruppe. Als wir sie fanden, war die Erklärung leider schon durch. So verpassten wir die wichtige Information, dass der Guide uns zum Lift begleitet und wir danach frei gehen können. Das wäre wichtig gewesen zu wissen! Bustour und Bootstour waren toll, alles toll beschriftet, wunderbar.

Good overall package. The hop-on hop-off tour was very informative. You can get off at any time to see the sights and get back on again. Seeing the city from the Seine is very beautiful. The trip to the top of the Eiffel Tower was also great.

I booked the tour in German. Unfortunately, the tour was in English. I was also dissatisfied with the hop-on hop-off service. Many important buildings were not included, e.g. Sacré-Cœur, Panthéon, government buildings, etc. The price-performance ratio is not right.

Wa too expensive! River cruise didn’t have audio Hop on hop off bus audio didn’t even work Eiffel Tower was too expensive and we could have bought tickets at tower for much less and the same wait time.

Very good. I really liked our guide. He told us lots of interesting facts and was always attentive to answering our questions. 10/10 for Ismael.

The Eiffel Tower was great and so was the Seine cruise. Hop on hop off was good.

The waiting times at the Eiffel Tower were far too long! We couldn't do the river cruise. The price/performance ratio is not right - far too expensive! The guide was only there for a very short time - actually a joke. We would definitely not recommend it to anyone!

The guide was late. She was inside the cafe whilst everyone was waiting in the drizzling rain outside. I explained to her that my mum could not walk quickly due to a hip problem and she ignored this and when we walked to the Eiffel Tower, she walked so quickly that my mum struggled to keep up and her pain increased. Eva use she was forced to walk faster than she was capable of. Had the guide arrived on time, we would not have had to rush to the Eiffel Tower.

Guide left before we got there even though we were only 3 minutes late. Luckily we found her but she handed the tickets to me but gave me no information and I had to ask multiple questions on where things were.

No Seine cruise due to high tide but I did not get refunded. With the hop-on hop-off bus tour, I remained standing inside the bus for one hour as there was no seat available because the tour bus was full. I was only able to get seated for the next hour on the tour bus. I should also get 50% refund.

The tower, the bus and the free cruise are the best. What can be improved in the guide, it only explained it in English and those of us who don't know English didn't find out anything.

Paris City Tour

This tour was amazing! The Eiffel Tower is even more beautiful in person. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the experience even more enjoyable. The bus tour was also great. We got to see so many different parts of the city and learn about its history. The cruise was the perfect way to end the day. We got to see the city from a different perspective and relax after a busy day. Overall, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Overall, a great attraction. Entrance to the Eiffel Tower without any reservations and the guide was great. However, I think that the application should state that the ship cruise is on the same day as the entry to the tower and the indicated place from which the ship departs. Because you can only learn this from a guide. It should also be clearly indicated where the bus stops are.

For the Eiffel Tower activity we had time at 4:30 p.m. and the entrances said 5:00 p.m., we didn't give it any importance until the entire group came in except us and a couple more, they left us outside without giving any explanation

meeting the first guide at the rendevous was fine as she was very knowledgeable but this was because the main guide was late as he met us at the tower itself. he took us up to the summit first but as we thought this was a guided tour he never actually said anything to our party as a tour guide should. We had to ask him ourself seperate from the tour. the seine cruise was ok but most of the audio guide equipment fixed tothe boat did not work as they expect everyone these days to work off an app on the mobile phone and we are not that generation. the bus was ok though as it allowed to to see the paris sites

The whole activity was awesome. Only one downside about the bus: we couldn't do the whole tourist bus tour because we didn't run out of time since the bus stops at 5:30 p.m./6 p.m.

Everything went great. Petson was at the agreed place on time and handed over all the tickets. Gladly again.

The skip the line tickets were totally worth it! There were so many people standing in line, and we just bypassed all of that and were able to access the summit despite the crowds. Totally worth it!

I bought the activity with the Spanish language and when the person arrived she did not speak any Spanish, only English, although the girl made an effort to understand us and was very kind and correct. The tourist bus tickets said it was until 6:00 p.m., we went to take it at 5:00 p.m. and it didn't go all the way around, only from the Eiffel Tower to Opera, we had to get off at Opera and take the metro.

We missed our check-in time due to be locked in our building elevator. We had to wait to be rescued. I attempted to call the company three times to no avail. We showed up to the meeting time even though we were thirty minutes late and the company was not accommodating. They would not let us reschedule or refund our money.

Worst experience ever. Totally disorganised. Too many in the group. No actual tour as such. Not sure what I was paying for? Don’t tour with this company.

Paris is just expensive Dr

Unfortunately I was running late when I spoke with customer service rep..told me if I'm late 15 mins that I lost my chance to go up too the eiffel tower..but I could've been late up 30mins .I would have been late close to 20 mins but customer service did not want to connect me with the tour guide to let him or her know that...so me & my daughter did not get that opportunity. So this activity lost & gone.

It was really good experience. The tour guide for Effile tower was really engaging and very knowledgeable. The seeightseing hop on hop off bus was very convenient and very frequent to use while we were exploring Paris city. The river cruise was pretty cool as it give the full view of Effile tower we took some family photos Overall it was a great experience.

I thought the Siena river tour was very good, the bus tour I just didn't like the Eiffel Tower because I bought the ticket to go to the top and on the day the elevator was defective. We didn't go to the top and much less refunded.

Your guid was very lovely lady. She kindly waited for us while we was running 3minutes late. Afterwards she showed us around, talked about paris history. Was very knowledgeable and spoken very clear. Definitely recommending it :))

The Eiffel Tower and the bus were great, but the river trip was completely overcrowded.

The service consists of exchanging the purchased vouchers for the e-tickets that are then required, escorting you to the Eiffel Tower (entrance) and pointing out where the bus / boat departs. You really can't rate that much. Tip: The meeting point is at a coffee. If, like us, you are too early and want to have a quick drink, be sure to ask the price beforehand.

my booking was actually to meet at 2.50 p.m., hand over the tickets and off we go. unfortunately we stood there until 3.30 p.m. and waited for the guides to take us. both super friendly. But we didn't need the explanations, it wasn't announced when we booked. on the eiffel tower ticket it said 15.30 admission. the queue at the 2nd security was accordingly long. we just didn't need to wait in line to buy tickets. so it would have been better to get to the securities faster, since we had booked the boat trip and the hop on bus. here it would have been good to point out that this could possibly be too short and we should have been sent off right away. since we were only at the eiffel tower after 4 p.m., we could only catch the hop on bus at 5.30 p.m. but this only drove until 6:00 p.m. we didn't know that before. here an info would have been worth its weight in gold to better understand the process on our part

The hop on hop off bus and the Seine river cruise were excellent, amazing views and a fun experience. The Eiffel Tower was a great experience, however the snack bar could have been organised a bit better as there was minimal seating around that area to eat your food. The entrance to the lifts was also unorganised as there was no queuing system and everyone pushed their way in. However, the views at the top were fantastic and the Eiffel Tower at night when it was lit up, was stunning. Our overall experience was excellent.

The three experiences are complementary and highly recommended. They give an overview of Paris in a short time.

All went well and to plan and met with guide on time. The skip the line Eiffel Tower tickets didn’t seem to skip much so probably more worthwhile at busier times, but no issues with the visit or boat and bus tickets.

Despite the offer of a German tour guide, which was the reason for the booking, there was only one French and English-speaking tour guide. At the meeting point, she announced that GetYourGuide in Paris had no German-speaking tour guide. A tour guide de facto did not take place. The information regarding the Big Bus regarding the validity of the ticket purchased was also inadequate. Even at the Louvre, Germans were left alone.

A pleasant visit with efficient and reassuring support from the guide. Privileged access which spared us the long waiting time at the counters... Perfect!!

The tour guide was very nice and quickly took us to the Eiffel Tower and gave us some information in English, after which everyone took the elevator up together. Afterwards you are on your own and have to try to find the right ship for the round trips, since there is only spartan information on the tickets, it was really a waste of time for us.

The guides turned up on time and were lovely. They escorted us to the Eiffel Tower and stayed with us through security and until our tickets were scanned in. The ticket includes lift access to 2nd floor (and summit if you choose when booking which we did). The guide points out on the way where to get the boat from and hands you all the tickets. All tickets worked fine and I’m so glad we chose this tour. Only thing to be mindful of is the bus doesn’t do their full route until very late, and start terminating at stop 4 of 8 after about 4.30pm, so book your meeting point early if you want to do the whole route. We didn’t get to do it all as our meet time was 12.30pm and it was turned 4.30pm by the time we had done the tower and cruise, still nice though as we just did stop 1 to 3 as there is a RER train station there which we needed to get back to where we were staying, so it saved our legs having to walk to the station and we saw some nice sites on the way.

All 3 combined is good value for money . however Eiffel tower with a guide should be preferred way to go . we had tickets to 2nd floor as summit was not available. book well in advance

Visit the Eiffel Tower very well. Visit with Parisian boat very well. Very good BigBus.

Everything is great. We took the bus for 2 days and since the activity started at 4 and ended at 6, we started the bus the next day and we had another day and until 11 the next day. The punctual guide although she did not speak Spanish as they said. The normal queue in the tower and the whole pack is great. It's so worth it

It's actually not a guided tour. We ordered German, but everything was in English. The just brings you to the tower and disappeares

My experience are good, the only thing is the hop on hop off bus, I expected to give us time to take us a picture of every place we went but it did not happened. Also, we thought that if we hop off on a certain places we can go to a different hop on bus within a day but we did not saw any sign along Champs Elysees, we end up walking so far looking for the sign and at the end took a taxi because we are tired. Our tour guide Kaitlyn was very kind and accommodating, she explained very well about Eiffel Towel. The Seine Boat Cruise is ok, but I definitely recommend these package.

It was great, straight forward & informative

The booking was worth it, especially for the visit to the Eiffel Tower, to which you are accompanied. The detailed confirmations with details of the meeting points and the vouchers always arrived on time. Guide for the Eiffel Tower was very punctual at the meeting point. We were very happy with everything, with one small exception: the Big Bus stops are sometimes too far apart.

The Eiffel Tower was scheduled to be closed on the day we booked. Unfortunately, we only found out about this 2 days before, on the day of our arrival in Paris, via WhatsApp from GetyourGuide and therefore had to reschedule the vacation, which was only 3.5 days long and also included Disneyland, at very short notice. Customer service was very friendly and tried very hard to find a solution for us!!! The partial refund of the Eiffel Tower and the sending of the separate tickets for the bus and boat tour went smoothly! Top! Seine river cruise was to die for! The bus tour was nice too, despite the rain. I deducted a star because of the unfortunately very spontaneous message about the closure of the Eiffel Tower.

Met the guides exactly as instructed. It was great. Everything was very well timed. Also, bus and cru'se were both a great ways to see Paris.
