⚈ FOR THE CATACOMBS PLEASE PAY ATTENTION
⚈ Your Catacombs ticket is valid only for the specified site, date, and time indicated on the ticket.
⚈ There are 130 steps to enter the Paris Catacombs and 112 steps to exit. This tour is not accessible to wheelchair users or those with limited mobility
⚈ The Catacombs are 20 meters/65 feet (and more) underground and the tunnels are narrow in places. This tour is not suitable for those with cardiac or respiratory problems, or suffering from claustrophobia.
⚈ Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
⚈ The tunnels can be slippery and remain at a temperature of around 14°C/57°F, even in summer. Guests are advised to wear sturdy shoes and bring warm clothing.
⚈ It is not possible to reschedule the tour once the booking has been completed.
⚈ An audio guide is included with your ticket, available in French, English, Spanish, and German. But it is provided directly by the Catacombs staff.
⚈ You must claim your audio guide upon arrival at the entrance—please ask the onsite team when presenting your ticket.
⚈ The Catacombs tour is not a round trip. You will exit at a different location from the entrance, so please plan accordingly.
⚈ FOR THE RIVER CRUISE PLEASE PAY ATTENTION
⚈ There is no specific time for your cruise reservation. You can use your cruise tickets during the company's operating hours. The cruise takes approximately one hour to complete.
⚈ River cruise tickets are valid for one month from the selected travel date.
⚈ The company name is Bateaux Parisiens. The address is Port de la Bourdonnais 75507. Pier Number 3. It is orange color. The departure point is just right at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.
⚈ The audio guide on the boat is available in 14 languages, including French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
⚈ The river cruise boats host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather to comply with the rules.
⚈ During peak seasons, you may face longer waits for the Seine River cruise due to the high number of visitors. We appreciate your patience and understanding for a seamless experience
⚈ All boats are non-smoking. However, some of the boats are equipped with an outdoor terrace where it is possible to smoke
⚈ The rules of hygiene on boats do not allow animals on board, except for guide dogs.
⚈ In the car park area, all passengers with a ticket for the river cruise are given 1 hour free parking. Please keep your tickets until your boat tour is over.

The actual walkthrough and audio guide were absolutely amazing. However, when you look at the actual website for the Catacombs and see that the price is €31, then you realize that these companies buy up all the tickets then resell them at ridiculous prices.

the visit is solo, that is, at the entrance an audio is provided for the various important points of the tour that everyone can do in their own time. I recommend dressing appropriately, it is chilly underneath. it is worth visiting to better understand Parisian history

My family really enjoyed this tour. A bit pricey but worth it for what you get to see. I enjoyed that it wasn’t super crowded so you can really appreciate the tour. We enjoyed the self guided tour so we were able to do it at our own pace. Definitely worth it.

We are a young Parisian couple, but for this day, we became tourists! We loved the 2 activities that started without delay! In the Catacombs, the audio guide is very appreciable, because we have an individual visit, rich in emotion and at our own pace. And for the cruise, despite the winter cold, we took advantage of this walk to rediscover the beauty of Paris and its monuments. On the other hand, here the audio guide was not very practical. You have to quickly spot the monument that is presented and it is not always obvious during the tour. It would probably have been easier with a map to follow. In any case, thank you for these memories!

This is a clean and well-kept place for tourists but very boring. In fact, this is a very pedestrian independent tour (headphones are provided) just kilometers of illuminated streets with bones that are beautifully laid out along the walls. And nothing more. You can listen to the history of the place through headphones or read, but in fact there is nothing to see except the same rows of bones and skulls for many kilometers ... I think the price is too high.

Really enjoyed the tour. Self paced and easy. A lot more than excepted so for those afraid of tight spaces it is much like a hallway size for the most part. Anyone above 6 foot 1 may have to duck in some areas but not much.

The catacombs are absolutely worth seeing and the audio guide explains everything really well. Unfortunately, you should pay close attention to whether the cruise is included for €4 more or not. Otherwise, it costs €17-19 and is really beautiful, especially at dusk.

The gentleman outside the activity before the tour was supposed to to help people get in the correct queue. He knew no English and was extremely rude in attempting to give instructions

Everything worked out wonderfully, there was just a small problem with the included boat trip on the Seine (in order to use the ticket for the boat trip, you need a separate app) I wasn't aware of this until shortly before departure... but even this "little problem" was quickly solved ??

Catacombs were great. Very interesting and thought provoking. Doorman outside was rude. It’s a shame these companies up charge the tickets 200%. Book early thru the catacombs website instead. It’s much cheaper. Don’t forget to bring your scannable ticket with you on your phone or printed. There are two lines outside based on entrance times on the hour or quarter hour.

The audio guide was super great!!! Finally, it was as you imagined it!!! You could move around at your leisure and then hear the information at the appropriate point. The information was clear and factual. That's what you want from an audio guide. It was just a shame that certain rooms/areas were cordoned off. I knew them from before and the most beautiful sights were missing.

The audio tour itself was worth doing. Interesting and informative and gave a good insight as to how the Catacombs were transported and assembled. However the entry details are very poor. Times on vouchers were not the same as the times shown at the entry gates. The staff at the gates were unhelpful and the security personnel were arrogant, unhelpful, disinterested in our situation, and are a poor reflection on the tourist attraction. I had a voucher which was not exactly what was required and they waffled on in French about having a QR code and angrily told me to get out of the queue and contact the issuer of the tickets. Luckily “”Get your guide” were able to speak with me in English, reissue the tickets via What’s app and were very helpful. I finally got in after a poor experience about 30 minutes late!!

The Catacomb experience itself was good, and very interesting from both a cultural and historical perspective (although lacked a bit of ‘wow’ in the short time we were down there). The worst thing was the ridiculous amount of money I paid. Didn’t need ‘skip the line’ as no one was there and didn’t get the boat cruise on the Seine which I thought I’d paid for. Third party interference which no doubt pushed up the price.

Get Your Guide instructions and delivery were perfect, as usual! I ordered tickets last minute the day before because the Catacombs website was sold out. We have used GetYourGuide many times! However - very little direction and help once you pass through the door. The staff was surly and just pointed. READ the restrictions on what to bring in! We saw people try to arrive late and bring strollers - you will not get in! There are 131 steps to go down and 112 steep spiral staircase back up. The air is good - but bring a jacket. Plenty of room and timed entry helps. We found it interesting!

It was a good experience. The audio guide is good but I would have preferred a real person. After the visit we find ourselves in another neighborhood, not easy to find ourselves if you are not a native. But overall I really enjoyed it.

The tour came with an audio guide and we did not select the river cruise. The audio guide was glitchy and would stop playing which required constantly pushing play again. This was frustrating for some people but if you know you have to do it, it is easy. Otherwise, the tour was nice and at your own pace.

The catacombs are a MUST see in Paris, one of the best sights I’ve seen while traveling. If you can, book with the actual sight as the tickets are the same but less expensive. However, this is a good last minute option if all official tickets are sold out.

I booked a last-minute ticket a day before the visit. It was more than what I would paid if I booked it on time, but it was overall ok, and they sent me the tickets through WhatsApp, email and the website. No way to miss them. It's an amazing visit where you find out more about the underground in Paris. I spent there almost 2 hours and a half looking in detail everything (but if you just go, see a few posters and only listen the audioguide, yes, it's 40 minutes top). It's not an activity for everyone. If you're not interested in history, or the macabre, this is not for you, so don't waste your money.

The catacombs were very impressive! Exactly as you would imagine. A visit to the catacombs without a subsequent boat trip takes about an hour. The price is a bit steep, despite the good audio guide. But it's definitely worth the experience!

The price charged was criminal once you go and find out how much money the company made from on selling a ticket. I paid more than $100 AUD more than if I’d bought the ticket through the vendors directly. There is NO skip the line for The Catacombs. The staff at The Catacombs said that tour agencies are charging these exorbitant prices and are unable to offer any more than buying the ticket directly. I solely bought through an agency because it was said I was buying skip the line tickets. The tickets need to be purchased a week before to get your place in the queue directly from The Catacombs for only €29. The tour itself was excellent. The Catacombs is a must see. The audio guide works very well and gives excellent information. The staff are very helpful. Just plan a week ahead and buy your ticket directly. There is definitely NO SKIP THE LINE availability. Turn up half an hour before your start time and you’ll be well placed in the queue with hardly any wait. I had a 5pm booking.

We loved it. The audio guide and signs provided great historical context and the catacombs themselves were moving. Would definitely recommend. Keep in mind though, there are quite a few steps to get up and down.

Accessing my ticket to get in was stressful so please guys know how to access the QR code for actual ticket which mine was on the end of an email… We were witness to other parties struggling to find theirs and the security staff were less than helpful, abrupt and rude. Once passed the initial on the door security team everyone was way nicer x your bag is quite rightly searched and you go through airport style security. Collect your audio guide and follow the signs basically. It was amazing x I am a fan of he macabre and the audio guide and visual aids keep you educated on this somber and eerie but beautiful tour of the catacombs. The steps on way to exit were managed by me but others really struggled having to stop a few times to catch breath x

The catacombs were great, but the included Seine cruise was a letdown. Long wait, the upper deck was closed despite sunshine and no wind, audio guide on board and the machines were also broken. When booking, it is better not to take a Seine cruise.

The experience itself was good - I very much enjoyed the catacombs. Was a bit of a different attraction to take in and it felt very peaceful as a place. Very informative and just the right amount of audio guide. HOWEVER I would say just to book directly with the catacombs website itself - it costs only 29 euro direct and would also even be cheaper to book the river cruise separately itself if that's something you're keen to do. I would also be very careful when booking as well as i didn't realise until after I had paid that although the ticket title includes river cruise, in a smaller print i did also discover (no cruise option) - this is my own fault of course, as i just assumed that at almost £60 per person, it included the cost of both.

It was great.. Everything went well with the entry/tickets.. Audio guide in several languages was great.. You were guided in and were then able to walk through the catacombs independently and at your own pace with enough time.. It was exciting..

Paris Catacombs and Seine River Cruise
I visited the Paris Catacombs and took a Seine River Cruise and I was very happy with both. The Catacombs were very interesting and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. The Seine River Cruise was also very enjoyable and the tour guide was very informative. I would definitely recommend both of these to anyone visiting Paris.

Like everything in Paris quite expensive for what it is. Had a nice experience. Everything went smoothly, audio guide was an added value. The catacombs themselves... That sometimes makes a person silent. We found it very interesting to see.

Well, the tour of the catacombs takes 1 hour, the river was the best since in my case it was at sunset which I highly recommend, I walked from the catacombs to the seine (about 1 hour) and it was completely worth it worth it, recommended

Very special experience in the catacombs and a beautiful tour of the Seine in the best weather. Both activities with included audio guide. On the subject of price/performance: Booking both activities individually and directly would have cost around 50% less. Clear and convenient booking with get your guide is significantly more expensive because two agencies make money from it. Still recommended in my opinion because it makes travel planning a lot easier.

These were good activities. The only hiccup we had initially was ensuring that we had the vouchers that we had to present to get in. They were emailed to us by a 3rd party (not gyg). But we sorted that out quickly. The catacoombs need to be booked quite far in advance so we were glad we bought tickets well before our visit date. The audio guide for the catacoombs was very good. The river cruise was great and the audio guide was also good for this activity. Definitely recommend these 2 activities.

there are old signs with sentence but no translation. of course wifi isn't working so would be nice to have a sign next to it. you have a long walk ar first before you get to the burial side. which made the actually seeing things shorter. I got it cheaper then the normal 99 by booking the last one for that day. but I think the original price is more worth it. it just sucks you gotta pay with creditcard everywhere

Very cool. Only know were many antisocial people in the catacombs. For example, there were people crawling into rooms and screaming / screaming children running through the corridor
