⚈ Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be received in advance. Instead, all customers must be present at the meeting point indicated in your voucher, where the host will provide the tickets.
⚈ The Eiffel Tower visit will be always before your lunch time
⚈ It is not possible to reschedule the tour once the booking has been completed
⚈ All visitors must stay in the Eiffel Tower until their lunch reservation
⚈ Visitors will not be able to re-enter the tower and will not be able to attend their lunch reservation once they left the tower
⚈ This is not a guided tour, your host will lead you to the second floor, from there you will proceed to your visit independently.
⚈ Even with prepaid access, you might wait at the security check and for elevators on the ground and on the 2nd floor

⚈ It is not allowed to bring large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby stroller, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, overboard, other large rolling object (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), also do not bring sharp objects such as knives, pocket knives, scissors and corkscrews, glass bottles, padlocks, cans or anything that may explode or be otherwise dangerous
⚈ The river cruise boats host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather to comply with the rules.
⚈ The audio guide on the boat is available in 14 languages, including French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
⚈ All boats are non-smoking. Some of the boats are equipped with an outdoor terrace where it is possible to smoke.
