⚈ Your Louvre ticket must be used on the scheduled tour date
⚈ If the designated time you reserved is fully booked, your entry into the Louvre Museum might be adjusted to either 30 minutes before or 1 hour after the scheduled tour time. Please verify the details on the tickets that were sent to you.
⚈ Any items exceeding 55x35x20 cm are not permitted in the museum
⚈ The Louvre Museum opens at 9:00 AM. The last entry is at 4:00 PM on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and until 8 PM on Fridays. The museum is closed on Tuesdays as well as on January 1, May 1, and December 25
⚈ There may be a wait at security. During high season this wait can be up to 20 minutes
⚈ Persons under 18 years and EU residents under 26 may enter free with a valid ID
⚈ Wheelchair accessible
⚈ Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 30 minutes after the time indicated on your tickets, you will be subject to the same admission and waiting conditions as other visitors.
⚈ Please note that during rainy or adverse weather conditions, or for security reasons, wait times at the security checkpoints of the Louvre Museum may be longer than usual. During high season, this wait can be up to 20 minutes

Habe leider keine Email erhalten mit dem Link zum runterladen der aktuellen Karte die speziell zum benötigt wird Louvre. Dies mussten wir vorm Eingang noch erledigen, was etwas nervig war.

De tentoonstellingen waren heel mooi. Een must seen locatie. Het was heel druk. De medewerkers proberen dit te doseren en sturen je telkens naar een andere roltrap. Tip: gewoon blijven staan. Na enkele minuten kun je er wel door.

The history of Europe is crazy, it felt like the paintings were reparative, very demonic very sinister stuff. all paintings, all the children were naked and looked like there were being sacrificed. Mona lisa there was a crazy line up just to even get a glimpse.

Alles hat prima geklappt. Unbedingt über den Seiteneingang reingehen (Einkaufszentrum) und nicht über den Haupteingang an der Pyramide. Und auch auf jeden Fall gleich morgens zeitig einen Slot buchen, dann ist das Museum noch nicht ganz so überlaufen wie zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt. Klare Empfehlung. Der Audioguide hat auch problemlos funktioniert, bietet allerdings nicht viel Inhalt, aber es war für uns absolut ausreichend.

Çok fazla müze ziyaretleri yapan birisi değilim ama burası bir harika dünyaca ünlü kaliteli ressamların yapmış olduğu resimler ve Yunan çağına ait güzel heykeller vardı. İlginç bir deneyimdi sevdim. Alan çok büyüktü. Gez gez bitiremedik.Herkeze tavsiye ederim. Kalabalık olmasına rağmen sıra çok hızlı geldi. 20 dakika içinde içerideydik. Zaten ondan sonra şampiyonalar ligi. ?

We went early, around 10:00 a.m. Relatively quick admission and we headed straight to the Mona Lisa. From 11:00 a.m. onwards, there are a lot of people. Really big, gotta stick to just a few eras, or it's just too much

We queued for about 20 minutes. When we got to the ticket people they were really rude and said he had the wrong tickets form. Wouldn't help us just shoo'd us from the queue. How to get the correct tickets is so confusing and you have to jump through lots of hoops. Make sure you have the full ticket ready before you get to the Louvre as there is no signal and no one will help you. Actual attraction was good although there are huge queues for everything inc toilets / cafes or just to sit down for a minute. We didn't end up using the audio guide

The digital tickets were difficult to download as I had to download a new app in a different country on mobile WiFi which was difficult this made us late for the experience and we were nearly refused entry by the museum. The Audio guide was a complete waste of money if I was doing it again I wouldn’t bother!!

The ticket does its job, the audio guide is not worth it. If you want some tips, arrive early and get in the appropriate line, security takes time and it gets very busy, very fast. Thankfully lines moved fast and the ticket was delivered the day before and worked fine. The audio guide is one of the worst out there, it was just a minute per exhibits and didn't add much value.

Piękne miejsce, warte obejrzenia. Cena bardzo przystępna. Wspaniałe obrazy największych artystów świata. Trzeba jednak mieć świadomość że nie obejrzymy wszystkiego, muzeum dobre na 3-4 wizyty :). Ogrom ludzi, niektórzy niestety widać że przypadkowi i nie bardzo wiedzą jak się zachować w muzeum.

I like seeing Mona Lisa but was a bit busy better if the section off people at time so wasn’t pushy to get in to see it. The guide was good but there were 2 things I couldn’t find in the museum that was on the audio guide. Amazing paintings though and lots to see

Ich hatte mich wirklich darauf gefreut. Die Zeit war leider verschwendet. Das Museum ist total überlaufen. Es war sehr stickig und unerwartet laut. Vor der Mona Lisa gab es dann ein riesiges Gedränge und Geschubse, weil die Besucher nicht durch den Saal gelenkt bzw. geleitet werden.

Schön waren die Ausstellungen, sie waren gut ausgeschildert. Wir hatten schon Tickets und der Zutritt war schnell und problemlos. Was als „negativ“ zu bezeichnen ist, die Masse an Leute.

Teníamos hora a las 16 de la tarde, la entrada pagas para verlo aproximadamente una hora, pues en esa hora no te da tiempo de ver ni una cuarta parte de lo grande que es, y para colmo nos echaron a las 17:45 porque estaban cerrando ya el museo. El museo no está bien señalizado para seguir un orden y te puedes perder (eso nos pasó a nosotros). El audioguía nefasto, por las salas en el que ponía el número para escuchar la explicación lo buscabas a través de la aplicación y muchas de ellas ni aparecía, íbamos como pollos sin cabeza. En conclusión, si quieres ver todo el museo es mejor ir a primera hora de la mañana y verlo tranquilamente, pague las entradas sin ver la mayoría de las cosas.

Ljudguiden var riktigt dålig. Endast 10 korta ljudspår över lika många verk. En enkel sökning på internet hade gett mer information. Betalade även för medföljande ungdomar som enligt annan uppgift ska vara gratis. Louvren är fantastisk men denna ljudguide behöver man inte betala för.

it needs to be clearer that the louvre ticket is the green one. when we tried to enter we showed them the voucher not realising the ticket was separate. we did get in but it was stressful.

The audio tour wasn't really an audio tour. It was an app with explanations about 10 highlights that you couldn't listen to. If you ask me, it's really misleading from getyourguide; for 13 euros on top of the entrance price... the free Louvre app is better. The Louvre itself was really beautiful.

I think it's a shame that there are companies like yours that buy all the tickets right in front of you, so there are no more places for sale for the average person who decides to visit the Louvre now. You then have to buy a ticket for one and a half times the original price to go at the time you want.

In generale il museo vale il costo del biglietto. È ricco di opere d’arte e vale senz’altro la pena visitarlo. A mio avviso però è organizzato male. Nonostante le guide cartacee e quelle digitali l’organizzazione in sé è un po’ confusionaria. Non si sa mai esattamente dove si sia e quale sia la strada giusta da prendere. Le opere sono esposte con nomi solo in francese e anche le spiegazioni richiedendo tempistiche lunghe alla visita. Traduzione necessaria per chi non conosce il francese. Problemi legati all’app che non ha inviato i biglietti come previsto quindi ulteriori ritardi all’ingresso con pioggia annessa. In generale veramente un’organizzazione che andrebbe rivista sopratutto perché si tratta di uno dei musei più famosi d’Europa.

The audio guide was helpful and the pieces in the Louvre are breath taking. Keep in mind you have to download an app for the ticket and a separate app for the audio guide. a free map with the audio guide would have been very handy

I've been looking forward to the visit for a long time. Unfortunately, it was a bit tricky to get the actual tickets through the app beforehand. In the museum itself, I felt like one of thousands being rushed through the huge exhibition. It wasn't a real treat for the art lovers Visiting the Mona Lisa was more stressful than enjoyable. Since everyone was pushing like crazy to get to the front. I would have liked to see other museums figure out how to organize the flow of visitors. Even the toilets were always packed and just plain dirty. My conclusion, there are definitely great treasures to admire, but the atmosphere doesn't match, which is a shame.

The cueing system at the Louvre worked very well for my timed ticket and made getting through security seamless. I would recommend researching the type of art you want to see and where it is in the building as you will not get to everything

It was possible to bring the children with us without long waits. The Louvre is definitely a museum to visit and a day is not enough. The audio guide didn't work inside the Louvre, I don't know if it was a problem with my network or something else

Wir hatten ein time-Slot ticket und das lief sehr reibungslos ab. Es gibt verschiedene Wartezeiten und Schlangen. Man sollte sich rechtzeitig auf den Weg machen wenn man unterwegs ist. Denn die Warteschlangen sind dann auch sehr lang für die einzelnen Zeiten. Im Louvre selbst ist es erstmal sehr voll. Man sollte im Cloakroom seine Rücksäcke abgeben dann ist man freier beim gehen. Die begehrten Räume sind natürlich sehr voll aber man findet auch Ausstellungen welche angenehm zu besichtigen sind. Die Toiletten sind überall voll und man sollte daher etwas Zeit mitbringen. Auch waren diese teilweise so dreckig und mit Wasser geflutet das das Reinigungspersonal nicht hinterher gekommen ist. Das ist leider schade wie manche Leute sich dort verhalten. Wir haben im Restaurant in der ersten Etage gegessen, dass war sehr gut und auch mal sitzen war gut?. Man sollte auf jedenfall durch das Louvre Caroussel mal laufen. Auch sehr interessant mit den vielen kleinen Geschäften.

Das Museum ist sehr groß und es gibt keine erkennbare Route, um möglichst viel Abzudecken. Die Highlights sind einzeln ausgeschildert und man muss sich dort durchsetzen, um einen guten Blick zu bekommen. Die Schlange vor dem Museum ist gerade morgens Kilometerlang. Das Personal hat diese aber gut im Griff

The haute couture exhibition was my absolute highlight. The Louvre is an incredibly beautiful museum. You should think about what you really want to see beforehand. It's far too big to see everything. At 12 noon, after three hours, I ended my visit because it had become so crowded that it was no longer enjoyable.

The Louvre is an awesome museum that everyone should go to at least once. I do wish I would have bought this ticket directly from the museum. For 20 more euros all that we got was the “audio guide” with info. about 10 works. If you buy this ticket, make sure to download the audio guide beforehand, as connection is very sparse. This ticket is not a skip the line ticket, we did still have to wait a bit outside. I did have difficulty finding the correct tickets to present, as they are not on the link from the push notifications sent. Make sure to dig through your emails for the attachment.

The Louvre was beautiful. It was a shame that the audio tour wasn't available in the Louvre itself. I had listened to it the night before. It turns out that you don't get any other information either. So, two coins' worth of information about the Mona Lisa and that was it. It didn't live up to expectations and the price-quality ratio was poor.

Large venue but poorly managed, with considerable chaos and confusion in front of the Mona Lisa. There should be a queue system in place, and visitors should be asked to refrain from causing disturbances throughout the Louvre, which is already quite chaotic.

To avoid long queues, get the first possible entry slot. Then take the entrance via the Mall Carousell and you're in. The museum itself is breathtaking. The space in front of the Mona Lisa is also great in the morning, and you can stand right in the front row in front of "her." Be sure to try the bistro on the first floor in the Denon wing and sit on the terrace with some delicious macarons. Great view of the Louvre's courtyard with the pyramid. You can easily spend a whole day there, so plan accordingly.

The art collection and the number of masterpieces are amazing! I wouldn't have wanted to miss this. The organization, especially at the entrance, is very French. Waiting in the blazing sun, bag checks when entering the building and again when entering the actual exhibition (open one compartment and move on!). But the digital tour was the icing on the cake. A crowd for one distribution point, what a hassle! What a relief when that was over!

I enjoyed the louvre and the audio guide was super helpful. I felt overall that the louvre was overrated. But I did enjoy seeing originals of famous paintings and such. Overall though, I could have done without it.

I really enjoyed my moment going inside the Louvre Museum. Mona Lisa and other fantastic fine art looked great here. Good to have a reserved time spot. I would say the lines for security were very long though and suggest more security personnel to deal with it more quickly. Amidst it , still deserves a 5 or even more star rating.

This was great ! Booked 9 am tickets and got in line at 8:30 , walked in at opening at 9 am and walked directly to the Mona Lisa no wait , it was perfect ! By time we left louvre the line was a 2 hour wait to see the Mona Lisa from the inside ! Outside line was very long as well . So worth it to get up early and get in like early !

We seemed to go at a quieter time of year (mid September) and may have been ok with purchasing a ticket at the Louvre itself but it was nice knowing that we didn’t have to figure that out or worry about long lines. We were able to cue up and enter the Louvre at or prior to our entrance time. Watch your emails though the day/morning of as I reserved for 10am and my enter time changed to 10:30. Signs were easy to flow for those holding tickets.

Getting into the museum and the instructions were great! But the many apps to download the audio guide was a bit of a let down. I also found that some of the audio guide wasn’t the best and some of the paintings weren’t there. But the ones that were the guide was a good over view.

While we enjoyed our trip to the Louvre and found the audio guide informative, our enjoyment was soured by the unhelpful, rude and unpleasant attitude of the security staff outside of the Louvre prior to entering, which could have ruined our experience before it had even began. Apart from that, while the Louvre was busy and getting busier, early morning was a good time to go to beat the peak crowd during the day

We didn’t need to queue for very long. While the museum was very busy we were still able to view all the pieces that we were interested in. My only criticism is that it would be great to have some more child friendly material in the museum. A colouring sheet or some way to tick off artworks that you have seen and learn a little bit more about them.

Amazing art, sculpture, historical artifacts, architecture, and so much more. A surprise was how dusty all the frames for the artwork. However, I still highly recommend the Louvre. Plan on a long day with lots of walking (we did 9 miles and 30 flights of stairs). The few elevators are reserved for wheelchairs, baby strollers, and people who can’t do stairs. Be forewarned.

The Louvre is hugeeee! We arrived really early and we actually couldn't get all the visuals of the place, but what we could see we enjoy it the most! Monalisa is just the piece of the cake, the statues, the paintings, the Egypician art, EVERYTHING was perfect! I'm grateful for Tiqets for the easiness to buy the tickets.

The audio guide did not work for us. The tour description sounds like the audio guide is provided by the Louvre Museum but it is not…it is a 3rd party download. The Louvre’s audio guide is available at the museum for an additional charge of €6. Aside from that, the museum was great. Remember to download your tickets ahead of time because there is very little data service at the Louvre.

Amazing! There is so much to see but we were only visiting the louvre for one day. It’s definitely better if you go for more than one day to really take a look at all there is to offer here. This was a memorable experience and I’ll definitely go again and will be utilizing this platform to do it.

Good experience, but if you queue at the Louvre you can get in cheaper, but won’t have the audio guide, and the queues are quite long. It’s a huge site so wear comfy clothes and footwear.

First of all, when we got there, we lined up and got inside after 50mins. Inside was like a city, which means, you'll need all day to see everything. Better to get maps from the info desk and start the journey. It took us almost 6 hours to see everything. The most disappointing was the Mona Lisa. They need to have a better system in place. When you get to that level, there's basically a moshpit where people are pushing to get to the front to see the painting. At the front. they have people letting the front people go and you can't go back the same way. You are being squeezed and pushed and everyone's taking a million pictures and videos. They need to have a lane where you line up to take pics. It was draining and pretty terrible experience. We enjoyed everything else though. Many places don't have AC so you are mostly surrounded by sweaty people. I'm happy not to come back for a long time.

Hello, I didn't like it very much because when it came to taking the photo with the monaliza, we couldn't do it. Because I believed it was like it used to be, they selected people and little by little they stood in front of them and took photos. And it's not like that anymore, people need to keep pushing each other to get a photo more or less in front of the photo booth. The bathrooms were not very clean, some without toilet paper or towels to dry your hands.

More audio information would be better, some rooms had no information in the audio, after 4 hours it was empty. The king and queen's rooms were gigantic, the ceilings and the gallery showed how rich they were, I found the letter box very beautiful, I really liked the Egyptian and Greek rooms. I found Islam very boring, no carpets, the Orient was already well known with its tents and carpets, or headdresses, with sultans or chessmen. Overall I really liked it, unfortunately half a day is not enough, if you want to hear about every room and the story that goes with it then it should be a at least 2 day tour. After 5 hours I just walked past some things because the time was too short for me. I thought the Mona Lisa was as beautiful as I expected. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time for the rest of the art to hear every single story.
