Your tickets will
be given to you at a location close to the Eiffel Tower that will be described
on your voucher. A guide will be waiting to provide you the tickets and useful
information, then will be leading you to the Eiffel Tower. S/He will make sure
you pass the security checks and will get you inside the proper entrance. The
guide will answer all your questions before leaving you to visit the Eiffel
Tower on your own. Then start to visit 1st and 2nd and 3rd floors.

Eiffel Tower. You can now enjoy splendid view and landmarks of Paris from the Iron Lady. Contrary to accompanied tours,
you don't have limited time with our tickets. You can stay as long as you
nice elevator ride during which you will see the buildings around the Eiffel
Tower getting smaller and smaller.
Go up on the second
floor and experience a stunning view on the City of Lights. Spend as much time
as you like to search for all the monuments of the French Capital : Spot the
golden dome of the Invalides where Napoleon 1st rests, the huge Arc de Triomphe
at one end of the Champs Elysées and the Place de la Concorde at the other end,
the tiny towers of the cathedral Notre Dame, the huge glass ceiling of the
Great Palace, the shiny white facade of the Sacré Cœur... Then walk around the
floor to see other known parts of the city such as La Défense, the business
center of Paris, on the West or the Military School on the East.
Your second floor
and top floor entrance ticket will also
grant you access to the first floor of the Eiffel Tower on your way down. The
first floor is where you will find the glass floor, a transparent floor for you
to walk on and watch people waiting in lines 57 meters (about 187 feet) under
you ! You will also find a small museum about the Eiffel Tower and depending on
the season either a terrace in the
summer or a free ice skating ring in the winter.

→ The voucher is not an entrance ticket, you have to collect your ticket/tickets at the meeting point.
→ The meeting point address is just right outside the Eiffel Tower. Please do not go directly to the Eiffel Tower.
→ This is not a guided tour. Your host will accompany you until the ticket scan, and you will make your own way up to the summit.
→ The skip-the-line access is only for the second floor; you will reach the summit by standard access.
→ Summit ticket holders will have to wait in line on the 2nd floor to access the summit's elevators. In high season, this waiting time may increase.
→ Even with priority access, you may have to wait in lines for security and elevators. In high season, total wait to access the 2nd floor may increase.
→ The Eiffel Tower is a non-smoking monument.
→ The site is wheelchair-accessible only up to the second floor.
→ Animals are not permitted, except animals accompanying disabled people.
→ There is no left-luggage facility for non-permitted items at the Eiffel Tower. (wheeled suitcases, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, etc.)
→ Not Allowed: Oversize Luggage, Baby Stroller( it is allowed, just you have to fold it in the elevator) , Luggage, and Big Bags.
→ It is not allowed to bring and use rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, overboards, or any other large rolling object (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility).
→ On the rare occasions that the summit is closed to the general public for maintenance or safety reasons, no refunds or discounts will be given.
→ It is not possible to reschedule the tour once the booking has been completed.
→ Please arrive 15 minutes before your specified time at the meeting point. In case of delay, your access is no longer guaranteed.
→ Skip the line tickets means skip the lines at the ticket offices.
→ All customers must be present when receiving the tickets.
→ FOR THE RIVER CRUISE PLEASE PAY ATTENTION
→ From April to September: Come at the time of your choice from 10 am to 10 pm, every 30 minutes (except 1 pm and 7.30 pm : no departure - last departure at 10.30 pm subject to a minimum number of participants). Weekends and weekdays in June, July and August: from 10 am to 11 pm. On July 14, due to the festivities, the last sightseeing cruise departure will take place at 3 pm.
→ The audio guide on the boat is available in 14 languages, including French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
→ The river cruise boats host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather to comply with the rules.
→ The rules of hygiene on boats do not allow us to accept an animal except for guide dogs.
→ All boats are non-smoking. It is however possible to smoke on the outdoor terrace of some of restaurants. Some of boats are equipped with an outdoor terrace where it is possible to smoke.
→ In the car park area, all passengers with a ticket for the river cruise are given 1 hour free parking. Please keep your tickets until your boat tour is over.
→ The river cruise tickets are valid for a month until the travel date.
