⚈ Your ticket is valid only for the specified site, date, and time indicated on the ticket. You may arrive up to 29 minutes after your scheduled time slot.

⚈ Free Admission: Children under 10 years old can enter free of charge with a valid ID, but must be accompanied by an adult.

⚈ Your official e-tickets will be sent via email one day before your scheduled visit. Be sure to check your inbox (including the spam folder) before your visit.

⚈ The Majorelle Garden is wheelchair accessible; however, some areas may be difficult to navigate with wheelchairs or strollers due to the natural terrain.

⚈ Please store large bags in the designated luggage storage area.

⚈ Commercial photography or videography is not permitted. Violators may be permanently banned from the garden.

⚈ The Jardin Majorelle is not responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure, such as strikes, transportation issues, or communication breakdowns.
