⚈ Your online ticket is valid only for the Jardin Majorelle on the date and time indicated. You may arrive up to 29 minutes after your scheduled time slot.

⚈ This option covers only the Jardin Majorelle entry. It does NOT include access to YSL or the Pierre Bergé Museum.

⚈ The digital audio guide for the Majorelle Garden will be available through a separate app, accessible via a link provided to you.

⚈ Free Admission: Children under 10 years old can enter free of charge with a valid ID, but must be accompanied by an adult.

⚈ Your official e-tickets will be sent via email one day before your scheduled visit. Be sure to check your inbox (including the spam folder) before your visit.

⚈ If you make a last-minute booking, your tickets will be sent to you shortly after your confirmation.

⚈ If you do not receive your e-tickets, please contact us so we can resend them.

⚈ There is no meeting point for this activity. You will enter the Majorelle Garden independently using the address provided in your booking confirmation.

⚈ Jardin Majorelle tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

⚈ Please follow for a Safe and Pleasant Visit: Do not touch plants, trees, or lanterns. Stay on designated paths and walk calmly. Do not feed the fish or bring food or animals into the garden. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

⚈ The Majorelle Garden is wheelchair accessible; however, some areas may be difficult to navigate with wheelchairs or strollers due to the natural terrain.

⚈ Please store large bags in the designated luggage storage area.

⚈ Commercial photography or videography is not permitted. Violators may be permanently banned from the garden. For any commercial photography requests, please contact the official Majorelle Garden website directly.

⚈ The Jardin Majorelle is not responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure, such as strikes, transportation issues, or communication breakdowns.

⚈ In the rare event that the Majorelle Garden or the museums are closed due to maintenance, safety concerns, or adverse weather conditions, no refunds or discounts can be guaranteed. Last minute closures may occur without prior notice.
