Don't buy this deal, there's no line to get the tickets directly from the site ( we were there early, 9 am), and i feel like i wasted my money because i got an option with audio tour guide, but over at the site didn't get it because of confusion with scan code. Overall, Hagia Sofia was NOT impressive inside at all. If you go to a FREE Blue Mosque, across the square, you will get a feel what a mosque looks like inside and you will get FREE covers if your man is wearing shorts.. Don't go, save your money

Until a year ago, it was free. Belief should not cost anything, and paying 25/30 euros to walk around the prayer hall once was already outrageous—after all, you're disturbing those who are praying... It's a shame to ruin such an interesting story with a price tag like that.

Our visit to Hagia Sophia was truly unique. The skip-the-line ticket saved us from a long wait and allowed us to enter quickly and without hassle. The church is impressive. The architecture and atmosphere are breathtaking. We were deeply moved to see such an important monument up close. It was totally worth it, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to see Hagia Sophia without stress and crowds.

The meeting point was obvious and any questions we had were answered promptly. You can turn up to any of the advertised start times and you are taken into the palace grounds and into the Harem with no fuss. Audio guide was good but the app was a little glitchy. Definitely recommend this particular tour.

Absolutely stunning, and hardly any queue at 9am, certainly a must to book in advance as the big queue was for people buying tickets on the day. You cannot miss visiting here if coming to Istanbul for sure! The audio guide and downloading prior to visit is genius given the extra cost of internet in Turkey for us. I would just say the directions to the entrance got us a little confused when sent our tickets.. just walk past Hagia on your left hand side towards the sea, and round to the left and you will find the queue and security to get through

The Hagia Sophia is a beautiful building, but the price is very steep. The audioguide was also organized in a way that made sense historically, but not in accordance with the layout of the mosque. I think advertising the audioguide is a bit of a trap since it is a just a QR code that you scan in the mosque once you enter, which everyone has access to.

Very useful audio guide, not too long with very interesting key information, to do again without hesitation! For the skip-the-line ticket I had a little trouble receiving it, there must have been a bug because the link to the ticket did not work, but the staff on site let us in after checking

The simultaneous use as a mosque and historical museum is a great thing and a tourist highlight of Istanbul. With this offer, you should bear in mind that you only skip the queue to buy a ticket. You still have to queue to get in. We had to queue for around 40 minutes to get through security. So make sure you allow this time!

The mosque was really beautiful and large and the Christian remnants promoted religious unity like nothing else. The lighting gave the mosque a different, really positive vibe to the place as well. This building is over a millennium old and to see it standing so well as it is makes me happy, as an architecture student. Unfortunately what really let my party down was the abysmal downstairs access - the other person wanted to visit as well as pray, but we would have to leave the mosque and potentially we would have been denied access to enter again to pray. A set of stairs going down would have sufficed. The line, while it did go quick, was also much longer than anyone would have anticipated. What let me down the most, however, to mention the horrible downstairs access once more, was that the total price of the experience was £50 yet we were still restricted on where we could visit. Muslim or not, we pay for ALL OF HAGIA SOPHIA, not 1/4 of it. We paid for what we should've got.

The museum was a well executed n illustrated story of the Hagia Sophia n informative n well organised. The instructions on how to enter the Hagia Sophia could’ve simpler to understand. You can enter directly if a QR code has been sent to you therefore not necessary to change a vouchers or meet a rep.

You really don’t need to purchase an audio guide. There’s an audio guide that comes when you go into the hagia and Sophia that it’s very similar to the one that’s provided. Other than that it was simple to use.

The mosque is definitely very impressive. It's a shame that we arrived with empathy and awe of the building and were rudely rushed through the security check at the entrance. Our mood was completely ruined. The completely excessive entrance fee also fits in with this. As an interested tourist, you unfortunately felt ripped off. Of course, a visit is still worthwhile. We recommend going as early as possible when it is still relatively empty.

Got there at 8:45 on a Sunday in February. They didn’t open the line until 9, so we waited in the open street area and then got in the line right away at 9 and were the first ones inside. We saved a few minutes but the regular ticket booths were empty at 9 so it would have been ok to just get it there, but the price difference wasn’t much so it was fine.

Not being able to enter the prayer area means missing out on a lot. The explanations and observation from the gallery leave a lot to be desired. The agency was good, I bought 3 tickets and they only sent me the QR for one, at the entrance they quickly solved it because there weren't many people.

We were glad to have booked our tickets in advance, although when we went at 10am in January the queues weren’t an issue. It’s very irritating that you have to download 2 or 3 different apps just to access your tickets, and then it turns out the audio guide is completely pointless as you have to manually download all the files to your phone. As there’s a free online audio guide inside the building we didn’t bother. I suppose if you will have no mobile data in Turkey and don’t mind doing all this in advance, it might be helpful, but otherwise no point. The building is lovely, but the ticket price still feels extremely steep.

Downloading the tickets was a nightmare. When we got to the venue we were told the tickets don’t work. We had to have a QR code - so in a panic I had to download another ticket site to get the code and be allowed in. It was v stressful

You avoid the queue to get your ticket which is not insignificant. However, you do have to wait in line for the ticket check and the physical check. It's worth it as we waited 40 minutes but it was very crowded. However, it moved quickly.

I cannot recommend this skip the line prepurchase ticket enough. I also highly recommend booking the first time slot (9:00AM) for the Hagia Sophia. If we hadn't pre-purchased these tickets on GYG, we would have waited at least an hour (probably longer) just to purchase tickets in the ticket line, and would have waited even longer after that to get through security and finally be admitted. If you are a first time visitor on a short trip to Istanbul and can't afford to lose hours waiting in lines, etc. you should definitely consider prepurchasing these tickets.

I just cannot believe how expensive this is?! Kids still pay full price to enter a religious place. I just don’t understand why tourists are getting ripped off in Istanbul. Be mindful this is not a skip the line for the security check, this was just for the ticket buying. The line for security was looooooong and standing there under the rain with no cover we were loosing the will…. Once inside the museum area and viewing gallery are good. There’s no need for the audio guide! There are QR Codes everywhere with VR elements which are great. I would not recommend it- it’s really expensive for what it is. Better to visit the blue mosque which is free to enter…

Ok, we went to Hagia Sophia because we are Greek and you feel a sense of awe. You can go like a tourist to a few places and the tour ends in 5 minutes. The 30 euros are not worth it in any case. I wonder why they say the Acropolis is expensive when you sit there for 2+ hours.

We arrived around 13:00 on Wednesday in November and had no waiting time as we purchased tickets in advance. However, there was quite a big line to buy the tickets, so make sure you buy them online in advance. Just show the QR code at the entrance and get in. Hagia Sophia is one of the best places to visit during an Istanbul trip; it is very much recommended.

Quick entry and audio guide was full of information. The place is so impressive but sadly we could not visit the ground floor as it is only for Turkish residents. There is a real sense of awe when you stand on the balcony and some of the mosaics were exquisite.

Great to be able to visit this outstanding historical building. It is really nice to see the religious history co-exist. I feel like signage could have been a bit clearer for the queues to differenciate people who had bought tickets already and people who were buying on the day. The price is also very expensive for what the activity actually is - you spend 40 or so minutes there.

It turned out to be a very favorable experience. Was able to download/ access both the ticket and audioguide successfully and proceed. Visiting Hagia Sophia is a must. Buying the ticket in advance was the best idea. Queues outside for buying the ticket are really long, so you’ll save time having the QR codes on your device. I recommend to take the tour early in the morning because there aren’t many people and download the app for the audio guide before arriving there because the internet there is not good.

The inside and outside of Hagia Sophia is very beautiful and the history so interesting. It was amazing to see some of the Orthodox murals and iconography as well. Definitely add this to you list of things to see in Istanbul!

I was caught out by ticket process initially. I thought I had printed my ticket and has brought that with me. However what I had printed did not have a barcode. I found this out when i tried to go through the gate barrier! Anyway I was able to re download to my phone so all good. so for me, it maybe should have been clearer that the document I printed was a voucher and not a ticket. Actually why do a voucher if you are going to send the ticket electronically anyway.

A great place to visit. When I visited ten years ago it was still completely a museum and you could visit all floors. It is more expensive now, but you are only allowed in the top floor. The views are still amazing. We went early and had no queue to contend with at security. A must do in Istanbul.

It helps in skipping the line by a lot, the audio guide is unnecessary because the Hagia Sophia has a free audio guide available inside via QR code. Ultimately didn’t use the audio guide at all, and comparing the 2 the Hagia Sophia one is more detailed — but that one has a wifi connectivity issue, so having the audio guide downloaded prior to visiting is a good back up. Worth it to skip the line, regardless of audio guide.

Everything worked very well. Be aware that you do not skip the entrance line which is actually the longest one. The ticket line is quite short and not worth the extra money for skip the line. If you come in the morning at 10am there is no line at all neither for the tickets nor the entrance. After 11am the entrance line is enormous and you should brace yourself for an hours long queue in the torching sun. Lots of people also jump the line by squeezing in at the top of it making the wait even longer for those honestly lining up. Eventhough you purchase a time bound ticket you can enter at any time with the ticket. They did not check and the ticket is valid at all times on that day. It’s up to you whether you want to purchase your ticket in advance in which case I recommend this provider or just be there before 10am and buy it on site.

The audio guide was repetitive. Go at 9am and get a few moments without the groups swarming. Inside there are qr codes you can scan for better info on the hagia sophia than this audio guide. Loved the place though. Loved it.

Very convenient. Didn’t have to stand in the long line. But we still had to go through security which had a line as well but a quick moving one. It was easy :)

According to the guidebooks, Haga Sophia is the place to see in Istanbul, but compared to other sights, it is rather disappointing in terms of architecture. There is also not much to see since the ground floor has become a mosque

It pays a lot to skip the line. The amount of people that can gather is scary. It was fast, simple and useful. I would definitely repeat. It is advisable to go early, 9 to 10 then it gets crowded.

Impressive basilica from 547 EK. Was reopened as a mosque in 2020 after it had been a museum for several decades. Not very ornate inside, as I would have expected to see in a Greek Orthodox church and much of the mosaic on the walls is gone. Wondering if some of the items from the church are still in the museum?

It didn't take long, the online ticket allows you to skip the little line that there was. Fast, simple and effective. The entrance is not lost and is next to the entrance to Topkapi. Congratulations on the service

My visit to the Hagia Sophia was very enjoyable. Since it is popular place, I would say the pre booked tickets are a worthwhile investment as they shorten the waiting times by allowing you to avoid waiting in additional lines just to purchase tickets.

I wanted to visit Hagia Sophia as it is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. The calmness and peacefulness of it exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend visiting if you are planning to come to Istanbul.

It cost £27 each to walk up a steep slope to the area that overlooks the main mosque floor. That took 10 mins. It is not worth the money and not great for people with mobility issues either.

If the place is full of history and immense, in the end we don't see much, there are very few explanations and it's empty. The visit can be done in 30 minutes or less. So the price is currently too high for so little.

For us it was totally worth it to pay a couple of Euros extra to skip the ticket line, becaude lines at the Hagia Sophia get really really long. You won't skip the entry line, not even guides can do it. Visiting the Hagia Sophia is a must. A pity though that they recently decided to not allow visitors on the main floor - you don't get to be under the main dome - and that they needed to cover the floor mosaic with praying mats.

Buying the ticket here saved us a good queue. We had no problem getting in, but we were very disappointed inside because you can't see the mosque/museum from below. In addition, the main mosaics are almost covered.

Beautiful Mosque. Big with lots of history in it. Difficult to get the audio guide to work. It forces the user to give away their personal information before even allowing an attempt to download an extra app to play the guide.

It is a unique experience to stand in front of this large mosque. The atmosphere was very calm and peaceful, I enjoyed the synthesis of Christian and Muslim decorations of the mosque. The experience is worth booking.

Skipping the line to purchase tickets was quite convenient. However, we initially thought the process would be faster for those with skip-the-line tickets, but it turned out not to be the case. This delay wasn't due to the company but rather the entry system at Hagia Sophia. Some individuals without tickets lined up while waiting for their partners to buy tickets, which unintentionally extended the line to buy the tickets. We were glad to have the tickets in advance.

We received our tickets via email immediately after booking and entered the museum following a security check. This is truly a must-have experience in Istanbul!
