⚈ FOR THE EIFFEL TOWER

⚈ The voucher is not an entrance ticket, you have to collect your ticket/tickets at the meeting point.

⚈ All customers must be present when receiving the tickets.

⚈ The meeting point address is just right outside the Eiffel Tower. Please do not go directly to the Eiffel Tower.

⚈ This is not a guided tour. Your host will accompany you until the ticket scan, and you will make your own way up to the 2nd floor.

⚈ Even with priority access, you may have to wait in lines for security and elevators. In high season, total wait to access the 2nd floor may increase.

⚈ The Eiffel Tower is a non-smoking monument.

⚈ The site is wheelchair-accessible only up to the second floor.

⚈ Animals are not permitted, except animals accompanying disabled people.

⚈ There is no left-luggage facility for non-permitted items at the Eiffel Tower. (wheeled suitcases, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, etc.)

⚈ Not Allowed: Oversize Luggage, Baby Stroller( it is allowed, just you have to fold it in the elevator) , Luggage, and Big Bags.

⚈ It is not allowed to bring and use rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, overboards, or any other large rolling object (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility).

⚈ Skip the line tickets means skip the lines at the ticket offices.

⚈ FOR THE SAINTE CHAPELLE

⚈ Your Sainte-Chapelle tickets must be used on the scheduled tour date and time.

⚈ FOR THE RIVER CRUISE PLEASE PAY ATTENTION

⚈ The audio guide on the boat is available in 14 languages, including French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

⚈ All boats are non-smoking. It is however possible to smoke on the outdoor terrace of some of restaurants. Some of boats are equipped with an outdoor terrace where it is possible to smoke.

⚈ The company name is Bateaux Parisiens. The address: Port de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris, France. Pier Number 3. It is orange color. The departure point is just right at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.

⚈ The river cruise tickets are valid for a month from the travel date.

⚈ Please arrive 15 minutes before your specified time at the meeting point. In case of delay, your access is no longer guaranteed.

⚈ It is not possible to reschedule the tour once the booking has been completed.

⚈ The rules of hygiene on boats do not allow to accept an animal except for guide dogs.

⚈ In the car park area, all passengers with a ticket for the river cruise are given 1 hour free parking. Please keep your tickets until your boat tour is over.
